Staying in the Hearts... (ding) $2,750. That's another pretty good number. 19 cards will improve it while 28 are worth less. Do you want to swap and try for a higher number, or are you want to try for the $2,750 this hand Matt?

The H... (ding) Thirteen! (Cheers & applause) Another very VERY beatable hand Matt! First card Manuela... Good, all you need is a six or higher. And isn't that interesting? Matt selected the 8 of Hearts from the CA$H CARD$, and the first card up was the 8 of Hearts! And a deuce of Hearts, giving you ten. Still in no danger of going over. Just need a 4 or higher for $2,750 to go into your betting bank Matt. An ACE!!! TWENTY-ONE!!! (Cheering & applause). That means instead of $2,750, we will deposit FIVE THOUSAND dollars more into your betting bank!! 21 and all in Hearts no less! $8,000 so far for you, and the BAILOUT cards haven't even been needed! Let's hope they won't either! Here is the updated CA$H CARD$ board Matt. Select another card and let's hope it's a big one. Incidentally, you may use both SWAP cards on a single turn so long as you do not uncover the $1,000 minimum cash card while doing so. Which card now Matt? Those hearts have been flocking to you so far!

16 is what you are trying to beat this time Matt. Manuela? Deal them up please. A 7. All you need now is a ten or a face card for another $1,000. Nope, it's a six, total now is 13. Matt, the next card might put you over. If you go over, you will win nothing for this hand. This is where these BAILOUT cards come into play. If you believe you will go over, you may surrender this hand right now. Hidden behind 2 of these letters it says 20%. If you select one of those, we'll add $200 to your betting bank, instead of the $1,000. Hidden behind 3 of these letters it says 40%. That would add $400 to your betting bank. And behind 1 letter is a 60% card, which will add $600 to the betting bank. One letter however is a zero. If you pick that, then you add nothing more to your bank, and the hand ends. Just the hand, not the entire game. Do you want to take another card, hoping to beat 16 without going over, or do you want to surrender this hand and select a BAILOUT card Matt?

Going to gamble and hope not to go over 21. You have 13. An 8 would be another 21 and augment that $1,000 cash card up to $5,000 automatically! Trying to beat a sixteen, Manuela? Oh no! picosong.com/fTwB/The bad news Matt, you didn't score any money on that hand. The good news, you still have $8,000 and this fourth hand is worth double dollars this time. Which cash card do you select this time Matt?

19! (Groans from the audience) Yipes stripes! That could prove difficult. Let's see... First card please Manuela... A four. How about a six or seven to go with that? No... Matt you have 14. Since the next card you draw could put you over, you may surrender this hand and select a letter in BAILOUT. One thing though, since this is the Double Dollars hand, two of the seven letters are a zero this time. Two are 20%, two are 40%, and one is still worth 60% of the $3,500 hand value. Do you want to do a bailout, or draw another card, hoping it will be a 6 or a 7?

Under the B... And the B is... 40 percent! 40 percent of $3,500 is another $1,400 added to your betting bank Matt... (ding) $9,400 going into the Final Wager, where you will have to bet at least... $4,700. But you do not have to declare your wager until after you reveal the house total that you have to beat... The last remaining hand totals up on the board someplace are 12, 15, 17, 18 and the dreaded 20. Uncover that 12 if you can Matt! After we reveal the value of the house's hand, I will ask you to place a wager.

Under the A... (ding) Yes!!! (Wild cheers & applause) Matt, how much of your $9,400 do you want to risk that you will beat that twelve? You must bet at least half, and you must keep drawing cards until you reach 13 or until you go over 21.

Moderators...
If at all possible, can you leave this thread here in the active section for a few more days? I want to see if I get any more polling data with regard to the Beat the House end game.
Respectfully and gratefully,
Bill
