Thank you John. Matt, another $1,000 for that win, you're just about $150 shy of $50,000 in winnings, and you could quite easily more than double that in the next few moments at the Gambit Board... Frank? picosong.com/fT3K/On the Gambit Board, twenty-one in any combination wins this, our jackpot now worth $30,000 plus… A brand new car!!! The 2017 Chevrolet Impala has something for everyone. Including a spacious interior, innovative available safety features and advanced phone integration. Make a statement of substance. The Impala by Chevrolet… $36,050. Okay Bill! That's right Matt, now any 21 is an automatic car win! If after five Gambit board trips the car is not won, or if the car is won, another type of new automobile will replace it. We have also replaced Manuela's podium with a new, freshly shuffled deck of 52 playing cards plus 2 jokers as well. Whenever a joker is discovered Matt, you instantly get to select another number off of the Gambit Board. All kinds of cash and prizes galore hidden behind the 21 numbers on our Gambit Board. Manuela has broken the seal on the new deck Matt. Please cut the cards at this time by selecting a number higher than 0 but lower than 54.

Well on my card it says "Major", however, our crackerjack staff researched it further and in the pilot episode, he was actually ranked as a Captain, so we'll take it!
(applause)
Nathan, do you wish to keep the 9 or give it away?

4?

|
|
Post by billmcdee on Nov 28, 2016 3:44:49 GMT -5
Matt says 4...
Let's see what Mr. Math says...
17 + 2x = 41
To solve this, first subtract 17 from both sides of the equation...
2x = 41-17
Therefore...
2x = 24
Now divide both sides by 2...
x = 24/2
x = 12
If we plug 12 back into the formula
17 + 2(12) = 41
2(12) means 2 times 12
17 + 24 = 41
Therefore 12 is indeed correct....back to you Bill!
Thank you Mr. Math. Matt, unfortunately 4 is incorrect. Nathan, a break for you, you have a 9 already. Do you want the next card or give it away?
