Would Kevin kindly check in and submit to me via private message ten buzz codes ranging from 1-99 inclusive please?
Also, Kevin needs 2 more challengers to take him on in episode #7.
The first two people who P.M. me with 10 buzz codes will also participate.
Thank you,
Bill

Frank Caliendo - This is "Three on a Match", Season 1, Episode 7, Start Date October 18th, 2014, Archive Date To Be Announced and this is Take One! Frank Caliendo (imitating Don Pardo): Kevin Kolsen, Michael Clifford, and Matt Ringgenberg… If your first three picks match, you will win top dollar! It's "Three on a Match"! And now, from the Bill Cullen Theatre at Rockefeller Center New York, here is your host, Bill McDee! That's me! (cheers & applause) (knocking on the wall behind me) Good morning everybody and welcome to another installment of "Three on a Match"! If you missed our last program, you missed a doozy! We had our first $5,000 Big Match winner, we featured our first Winner's Board, and we had our first car and cash jackpot winner all happen during our last episode. Jon Darrell retired as our champion, taking home just a smidgen over $100,000 in cash and prizes. And now today, we have three players who want to do more of the same, and who can blame them? Starting at position 1, stage left is Kevin Kolsen. Kevin is a return player, as indicated by his red podium. Kevin you lost on our last show, and as luck would have it, you didn't win anything, but we have a 2 loss elimination rule and as such you are back, and seated in position #1. Won't you please remind everybody about you Kevin?

Thank you kindly, Bill. My name is Kevin and I'm an accountant from Long Island, New York. When I'm not doing taxes, I like going on walks and writing.

Jon Darrell will probably need to consult with you about taxes after winning over $100,000! Speaking of winning all three of our contestants, starting with you Kevin, will have the chance to win a nice prize or possibly even two, plus up to $2,000 in score money right now during our "Free Play" round. Players, I call your attention to the big matching board... Each column contains the same 4 prizes. All three of you will be playing for the same 4 prizes, so it is possible that more than one of you might win the same prize or prizes. Prize values do NOT, I repeat, do NOT count toward your score money. How quickly you make a match however does affect your score money. Each of you, when going to the matching board, will be given up to 7 picks off of the big board to uncover 3 matching items or prizes. The faster you make a match, the more money you will earn. You may expose a maximum of three boxes in any one column only, then the column is temporarily closed. In this round, if you make a match, and you have picks remaining, you will get to continue playing if another match is possible. The first match you make in this round will score money for you, as little as $250 to as much as $750. If you make a second match, your score money will be doubled! So there's a chance to earn up to $1,500. Furthermore, if the first prize you match also happens to be attached to the "Bonus Match", that will add another $500 to your money score, so you could make as much as $2,000 and win 2 nice prizes during this round! (applause & cheers) Kevin, if you have no further questions, kindly select 2 boxes to begin. Indicate which boxes you want by giving me the column name "20" "30" or "40", followed by "on the" followed by the box color "Red", "Green", "Yellow" or "Blue". And good luck!

20 on the blue... (flip) Espresso machine & coffee maker. 30 on the Green... (flip) And some luggage. Now trying for $625, and a possible $500 bonus. Five picks remaining Kevin. And I should remind you all too that in this Free Play round, all 4 prizes do in fact appear in all 3 columns someplace. The "NO MATCH" card is not in play during this round. Kevin, which box next please?

Let's do 40 on the Red.

40 on the Red... (flip) Now you have a pair of Espresso Machines & Coffee Makers. One more and you'll score $625, plus have a chance to double it! Where to next Kevin?

Let's try 30 on the Yellow.

30 on the Yellow for the match... (flip) (audience moans) No, I'm sorry, that's a table tennis package. Still 3 picks left, now trying for $500. One box left in the 30 column if you go there Kevin.

Then I'll try 30 on the Red.

Post by billmcdee on Oct 19, 2014 17:45:24 GMT -5
Let's find out... 30 on the Red... (flip) There's a match! (applause) So $500 score money is yours, plus an Espresso Machine & Coffee Maker. Both are yours to keep no matter what happens today. You still have 2 picks left, and still a chance to make another match. If you can do so with your last 2 picks, you'll double that $500. We indicate the 30 column is closed, and we have put check marks on your Espresso Machine. After your last 2 picks, if the Espresso Machine is the prize attached to the bonus match, you'll score another $500 as well Kevin! With 2 picks left, please select one box from the 20 column and one box from the 40.

I'll try the two corners: 20 on the Red and 40 on the Blue.

20 on the Red... (flip) Table Tennis. Now if the other Table Tennis is under 40 on the Blue, you'll double that $500, and win for yourself a second prize... (flip) (audience moans) Well, that didn't work out, but now you STILL have a chance at another $500 remember, IF the Espresso Machine is the bonus match... Let's find out, is it? (slide) Hey! It is!!! (applause) So Kevin, after your last episode where you won nothing unfortunately, today you already have $1,000 cash, yours to keep no matter what, plus the Espresso package, which we will hear about at the end of the round. Player 2 is Michael Clifford from my old home state of New Jersey. Michael I understand you're a fan of Philadelphia sports teams. Right now the Eagles are at 5 wins and only 1 loss, right atop the NFC East along with the Dallas Cowboys who are now at 6 and 1. I glanced yesterday at the NHL standings and the Flyers don't seem to be faring too well early on. What else would you like for our viewing audience to know about you Michael?

Well, I'm from Marlton, New Jersey which is about 15 minutes away from Philadelphia. I am also unemployed at the moment. Even though you mentioned that I am a fan of the Philly sports teams, my favorite baseball team is actually the Boston Red Sox. I've been a fan of them ever since they acquired Pedro Martinez way back when. Just like the Phillies, the Red Sox didn't make the playoffs this year, but it is the 10th anniversary of them coming back from 0-3 to beat the Yankees in the ALCS & then sweeping the Cardinals 4-0 in the World Series. It's still my favorite sports moment of all time.

I was a Yankees fan during that 2004 ALCS. Security, kindly escort this gentleman out of our studio Just teasing. It was indeed a very very momentous and amazing historical event as no team had ever come from down 0-3 in Major League Baseball to win 4 straight. They did indeed reverse the curse, and did so again in 2007 and yet again just one short year ago. Welcome to the program Michael. I don't have any socks for you to match, however I do have prizes that are waiting for you to match them Same 4 prizes up for grabs, but the columns have been shuffled about some, so many of the prizes, and possibly all of them, might be in different spots now. Michael, please start by selecting 2 boxes, and good luck!

30 on the Yellow... (flip) (chuckling from the audience, and some booing too as this is in New York) Not very funny Earl! Earl is our behind-the-scenes board operator, much like the one that still is used at Fenway Park up there in Boston. Let's really see what 30 on the yellow is for Michael now please... A Table Tennis package. Now trying for $500 and a possible $500 bonus match. You have 1 box left you can choose in the 30 column, or you can try some place else Michael, where to?

40 on the Yellow... (flip) And Luggage there too. If you go to the 20 column and find Luggage on your next pick, it will mean $500 for you at the very least Michael. Where do you want to go next?
