Here comes 20 on the Blue for you... (flip a dee doo dah) Hey a match! (applause) $500 score money for you Michael, and you have 2 more picks still. You could win another prize and another $500 if you make another match, plus if the Luggage is the bonus match, that too will be worth $500 to your score. We'll check that later, right now select another box please as you try to match and win a second prize on the big board Michael.

(moans) Well I'm sorry you didn't get another $500 or those I Pads you wanted Michael, however... You may still win $500 if the Luggage is the prize attached to the Bonus Match. Slide it Earl! It is!!! (applause) So far Kevin has $1,000 and a nice prize, Michael has $1,000 and a nice prize, now it's Matt's turn to score some money and prizes, but first, let's get acquainted. I know you're a cheerleader in Special Olympics. What are some of the other events that take place during the games?

I was once invited to the Bocci ball, but I didn't have a thing to wear
Sounds splendid! Matt, you've seen both of your opponents go to the big board and win a prize and some cash, now it's your turn to do the same
Please select your first 2 boxes (My deepest apologies as I don't have visuals available to me at the moment).

30 on the Yellow for a match? (flip) (moans and groans from the audience) So sorry about that Matt, no match this time at the big board... Kevin and Michael each with $1,000 and a nice prize, which we will hear about later on in the show. We'll take a quick time out, and when we return, it will be our Jackpot Round! We're just getting started so please come on back for more matching fun!

(applause) Thank you to our very kind studio audience, visiting us here at the Bill Cullen Theatre here in Rockefeller Center, New York. Kevin and Michael each have $1,000 in score money plus one nice prize, nothing yet for Matt, but there is a lot of game still left to be played, so take heart! A reminder, Michael and Matt, we know at the end of today's game, at least one of you won't finish in first place, but remember we have a two loss elimination rule in effect now, so if either of you lose today, or if both of you lose today, you are assured to be back on tomorrow's program. Kevin, the same is not true for you, hence the red podium that you have. During the Jackpot Round, our players will attempt to gain control of the category board. In order to go to the matching board now, players must come up with correct answers to a question. Who gets to select from the category board? That is determined by a secret code, which our players are now locking in. We will reveal those in a moment, along with the actual code for the category board itself. The player who comes nearest to that number, either high or low, gets to select from the category board. When a correct answer is given, that player will win some money right away. It could be anywhere between $125 and $250, or it could be the Jackpot category. We play 2 Jackpot categories in this round, and the Jackpot category can be worth anywhere between $500 up to $750. It is randomly determined, so let's find out first what the Jackpot category is worth for this first question round... It is worth $500. Now let's reveal the secret codes our players locked in... And isn't that curious? All 3 players have a code ending in 3. Kevin is going low at 13, Michael semi-low at 33, and Matt going high at 83. Let's reveal the category board code now... It is 90, so Matt, since your code is closest, you now get to select from the category board. Three different categories lurk behind those slides. Do you want Top, Middle or Bottom Matt?

And the bottom category this time is... Number Please. This will require a numerical answer for you to win some money and earn a chance to go to our matching board Matt. Here is your question. In the United States, a normal body temperature is 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. How many degrees Celsius would that be?

This is Three on a Match, and I am Bill McDee, and we're in the Bill Cullen Theatre, so it stands to reason we'll have another Bill to explain the answer. Bill Nye the Science Guy. Take it away Bill... Bill Nye - The formula for converting from the Fahrenheit scale to the Celsius scale is as follows: {(F - 32) multiplied by 5} divided by 9 = C, therefore... And 37 is correct! (applause) Matt, let's see if you'll be picking from the money board, or if you in fact selected the JackPot category this time... By golly it IS the Jackpot! (applause), so $500 for you and now a trip to the matching board which could be worth another $1,250 to you, depending on how it goes... As before, a maximum of 7 picks. As before $750 if you make a match in just 3 picks, and lesser money amounts as you can see. If you make a match, we'll see if that is also the Bonus Match, which will add $500 more to your score. A reminder, this time one of the 3 columns has "Matchy", our No Match card. Matt, select your first 2 boxes, and good luck as you pursue another Three on a Match!
