And for Mr. Ringgenberg we reveal position #4... (ding) It's an "L". Do you want to try to solve it, or do you want to roll the dice to try to uncover 1 or perhaps even 2 more of those letters?

And he rolls... Ut oh...a 6 and a 1. Unfortunately both of those are already exposed which means control goes back to Mr. Bingel, and he now gets to select a bonus letter... 2, 3 or 5 Mr. Bingel?

Here is #2 for you Mr. Bingel.... (ding) A "U". Do you want to try to solve it or do you want to roll the dice to see if you can perhaps uncover either position 3 or 5?

I'm going to guess Butler.

You're going to say the BUTLER did it... For $200 and control of the money dice, is this word "BUTLER"? Yes! Matt you have $450, your opponent $525. You control the money dice Mr. Bingel. You could roll and possibly take the lead, or you could wipe out if you roll a bandit, or you may pass those money dice to Mr. Ringgenberg and he could either add to his lead or he could wipe out. What do you want to do?

And you roll... $200! (applause) And now you're in the lead going into the final word of the round... The last word is $300 and control of the money dice. Matt Ringgenberg, you're trailing now so you have the option. Do you want to roll first or second?

A 5 and a 1. That could prove helpful.... A "G" and an "E". You can try to guess it for $300, the lead, and control of the money dice. Remember, a wrong guess gives Mr. Bingel a bonus letter. What's your pleasure Mr. Ringgenberg?

Well unfortunately you cannot roll again this time, only one roll of the dice per turn. You can however try to solve the word or you may pass the dice to Mr. Bingel. If you try to solve it now and are wrong, Mr. Bingel gets a bonus letter.

OK then, I'll pass to Mr. Bingel.

And since there is no bonus letter, Mr. Bingel must roll... A 1 and a 6. The 1 is of no help, but one new letter which is: (ding) An "S". Can you solve it Mr. Bingel? Do you wish to pass to Mr. Ringgenberg?

It would certainly fit. For $300 and control of the money dice, is it "GRADES"?
(buzzer)
(audience moans)
I'm sorry Mr. Bingel. Control back over to your opponent Mr. Ringgenberg, who gets to select a bonus letter. Do you want 2, 3 or 4 revealed sir?

Position 3 gives you... (ding) an "O". Do you want to try to solve the word, or do you want to roll the dice to see if you might be able to uncover the 2nd or 4th letter?

For $300 and the lead, is it "GLOVES"? That was correct Mr. Ringgenberg. You lead by $175. If you pass the money dice to Mr. Bingel and he rolls $200 or more, he will win the round and we'll have a tie game. If you roll and get either of the Roll Agains, you'll have to roll again of course. And of course on the other die lurks that bandit. Do you want to roll the money dice here, or pass them to Mr. Bingel?

If you roll a "Roll Again" space, the game will continue. If you roll a bandit, you'll lose everything and Mr. Bingel will win the round, tie up the game, and we'll play a tie-breaking word. If you roll only money Mr. Ringgenberg, you will be the first Dice Words champion. And he rolls... $150 and Mr. Ringgenberg, you are the first Dice Words champion! (applause) A grand total of $2,250 and in a moment, you'll be playing the Bonus game for up to $25,000 more. Mr. Bingel, you were a pleasure to have here, and you don't go away empty-handed. We have some nice parting gifts for you, plus $500 in cash for having participated. Good luck with your high school career, Matt Bingel! (applause) We'll take a time out, and when we come back, Matt Ringgenberg will be trying to solve more words, earn rolls of even bigger money on the money dice, and hopefully have a final roll of the regular dice that will double his money. All this, when we return!

(applause) Back here for our solo game with our first champion of this new version of Dice Words. Matt, $2,250 you have already won in today's game. Now a chance to roll some more, and perhaps win $25,000 more. For winning 2 rounds, you have 2 rolls of the money dice already. The money amounts are larger on these bonus money dice, however, one side of one die has a zero. You can earn up to 3 more rolls of these money dice by solving 3 more Dice Words. Once we determine how many rolls of the money dice you will be allowed to take, you will make those rolls. Then, you will be required to roll the regular dice one last time to determine how much of your pot you will win. First things first though. Here is your first Dice Word, and as always, it is a 6 letter word. You will get 2 rolls of the dice for every word, which means you could reveal as many as 4 letters. After your 2 rolls, you will have two options. You can either try to solve the word, or ask for a bonus letter. We stake you to 2 bonus letters during this round. You may use only 1 bonus letter per word. If you run out of bonus letters before the third Dice Word, then it will be totally up to the dice only to help you out, so you may want to try to hold onto those bonus letters. If you elect to NOT ask for a bonus letter, and you make an incorrect solve, you won't earn another roll of the money dice, we'll reveal what the right answer was, and the game will proceed. So here is Matt's first roll: A 6 and a 1. The first and last positions of the word: An F and an R. And you get one more roll to try to uncover 2 more letters: Well the 6 is no help, but you did also roll a 3... (ding) An "O". Matt you want to try to solve this word? If you are right you'll earn a 3rd roll of the money dice. If you are wrong, you won't. Or you may ask for a bonus letter. If you request a bonus letter, please tell me which position, 2, 4 or 5 you wish to see.

If it is "FLOWER", you will have a third roll of the big money dice, and you will have preserved those 2 bonus letters for the last 2 words as well. Is it "FLOWER"? It is! (applause) Now you have at least THREE rolls of the money dice, and you have 2 bonus letters, one you can use for this next word. Your first roll for this next Bonus Dice Word is... (doubles chimes) A 6. And that means we'll reveal position #6 in a moment, however, since you rolled a double, you get to have another letter of your choosing revealed right now as well before you take your second roll. Which position do you want revelaed Matt, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5?

Position 2 is an A, position 6 is an N, and you get one more roll... (doubles chimes) Another double! Position #1 is yours, because you rolled doubles, you get to choose another and because you have 2 bonus letters left, you get a bonus letter too! Which two positions do you want revealed from 3, 4 and 5 Matt?
