With that, let's resume action. Kourtney banked $1100 on the last puzzle. Mark's yet to score.

Mark, for the first time today, the danger zone is open. Rolls of 2 and 4 are unlucky. This means if you roll a 2 or 4, you lose control of the dice to Kourtney.

Woah! That's a first -- a solution after just one roll of the dice. And -- what's strange -- it's a reference to a bonus round from that other dice game on another network.

Don't know why *we* are going there. (chimes; audience cheers) Ahhh -- maybe this bonus question will tell us why.

Mark, since you solved that puzzle, you get dibs on the $750 question.

Now the $750 is always a 50-50 proposition -- we offer two possible answers, the right answer and a bluff. If you choose the correct answer, you bank the $750.

But if you pick the wrong answer, you obviously leave the right answer for Kourtney -- who banks the $750 by default.

We played three puzzles in Round 2 and we have a close game. Mark, our returning champion, has banked $1950. Kourtney, our challenger, just took the lead at the intermission with $2000.

But here in Round 2, puzzles start at $2000. And sometime in this round, we have a follow-up question worth $1000.

Remember, players, the next time we hear -- (tacky buzzer) -- that -- the game is over. Leading contestant at that moment wins the game and then plays the main event.

Mark, since you're trailing by just a smidge, you'll get first crack at this next puzzle.
