(audience cheers)Okay. *No* crosses, Shederick. Just avoid those crosses and you're in Fat City. (audience cheers as Shederick claps the dice together . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ...) (and then rolls)(loud groans from audience; buzz; NYSI89 losing horns) OMG indeed. I couldn't have said it better, Wally. I'm so sorry that you got double crossed in one fell swoop, Shederick. Unfortunately, this means you have a high score of $0 for this special series of audience games -- but we don't want you to go empty-handed. We'll let you roll the dice one more time for a consolation cash prize off the board. This roll is for $5 a point. However, if another rotten cross pops up, I'll turn that negative into a positive and make it worth $500. (scattered cheers) Which means if you get double crossed again, it's a total of $1000. So let's see if you can leave here $1000 richer. (audience cheers as) (Shederick rolls)(scattered cheers) Well, you get one cross for $500 -- and 5 points times 5 dollars means another $25 for a total of $525. Well, now you have to hope the next audience game player bombs out -- then we go to a tie-break. 'Til then, let's have a nice hand for Shederick. (audience cheers)

Well, I’m Frank Driscoll. I’ll be 25 in a couple weeks. By day, I work as a customer service manager at a supermarket, but by night I’m a Quizmaster for Pub trivia at a local bar.

Great to have you joining us, Frank. You're going to be playing Grand Slam. It's been a while since we've used this prop and, thus, awhile since we've played this game. Frank, in this special edition of the game, our models will take turns rolling three dice at a time. Before they roll, it's up to you to predict whether the sum of her roll will be higher or lower than 10½. If you're right about the prediction on the first round, you win $100. If you're right in Round 2, it's $200. Round 3 is worth $300 and the fourth and final, important round, is worth $400. If you can collect at least $700 out of the grand available, we augment your winnings to $5000. (audience cheers)And you only need one correct prediction just to take over the lead in this special series of audience games. So Ashley's going to roll in Rounds 1 and 3; Havana's rolling in Rounds 2 and 4. Ashley's starting. Will her three dice total higher or lower than ten and a half? (audience shouts suggestions)

The pick of higher is in. Before Ashley rolls, we have a little surprise for everyone. Ashley and Havana will be rolling dice that are a tribute to the game shows that called Studio 33 home here at Television City. You're about to see what we mean as Ashley rolls the Card Sharks 1980s car game dice. (audience cheers as Ashley shakes up dice and pours the three down the orignal Let 'Em Roll ramp) (audience groans)(buzz)Oh -- not high enough -- 4, 2 and 4 total 10. That's lower than ten and a half. Okay, no money for that. For $200, try again, please. Higher or lower than 10½.

Going with higher again. Havana will be rolling the numbers that were hiding certain words in puzzles on "Body Language". (audience cheers as Havana shakes up dice and pours the three down the original Let 'Em Roll ramp) (dings; audience applause)And that works -- 4, 6 and 2 total 12. That's higher than 10½. (ding)You're on the board with $200. Now, to win the $5000, you'll have to win the third and fourth rounds. So, Round 3 is for $300. Higher or lower than 10½.

Staying with higher. Ashley will be rolling some of the position numbers we saw on the original game board of "Now You See It". (audience cheers as Ashley shakes up dice and pours the three down the original Let 'Em Roll ramp) (dings; audience applause)That's definitely higher than 10½ -- 4, 4 and 6 add up to 14. (ding)$500 up there with one more roll to go. This is worth $400. Success means your winning score of $900 will be augmented to $5000. So -- one more time, Frank, higher or lower than 10½. (audience shouts suggestions)

Going higher one more time. Havana's going to wrap this up -- by rolling the numbers from the bonus round to Bill Cullen's last show he hosted here at Studio 33 -- "Child's Play". (audience cheers as Havana shakes up dice and pours the three down the orignal Let 'Em Roll ramp) (dings; audience applause)And the sum is high enough -- 6, 3, 3 total 12. You win! (dings; SCSD win theme plays; audience cheers)Frank, two pieces of good news. The $900 increases to $5000. Second, our producer says we don't have time for a third audience game. Since you have the highest score, *you* get to play our Goose Eggs game for a lot more money. (audience cheers)By the way, this is how our Las Vegas primetime special will work. We'll play *six* of our audience games. The player with the highest money score then play a seventh game for the big prize of the night. Find out more in On A Roll's Primetime Special from Las Vegas coming soon to CBS and streaming on Paramount Plus. Frank, as for you, ready to play for more?

For the last dance in Television City, Tiffany, what are we playing for? (last few seconds of FF76 theme plays; audience cheers) Tiffany: Frank, you'll have a chance to win more than $30,000 in cash.Ohhh, yes, nice way to wrap up our stay in Television City. Wally, please start us off with a refreshed board. (FF reveal sfx)Thanks, Wally. Frank, here's what's going to happen. You'll be rolling this time -- and you'll be rolling a dice cube at least four times. In fact, please go ahead and roll -- because you are -- on a roll.
Frank, please respond with a roll code from 1-97. You'll see the results of that roll and the next three "down the list" from randomizer.org. HINT: Pick a roll code that you think will lead to four different numbers.

(audience cheers as Frank rolls) Starting with a 6 -- and, obviously, this cube's in tribute to the bonus round from Alex Trebek's quiz show "Double Dare". Six times one dollar... (ding)...means you've just won six dollars! (scattered mock cheers) But it gets better because you're now rolling for $10 a point, then $100 a point and finally $1000 a point. Ultimately, you don't want to repeat numbers. Because, let say you roll a 6 later. That 6 plus the 6 you just rolled will turn into zeroes, or goose eggs, meaning you lose that much money. If you can roll four different numbers, you win a bonus of $10,000. (audience cheers)Even if 1 is among the four different numbers you roll, we'll still honor the $10,000 bonus.
Think you can do it?

Then you are still -- on a roll. (audience cheers as Frank rolls) Got a 4 this time. (ding)$46 total. Frank, I will point out if your last roll for thousands of dollars is a 5, you'll have more than $5000 by then, the bonus of $10,000 kicks in -- and then we give you a chance to double it all to more than $30,000. (audience cheers)But that is if you keep rolling new numbers. So, keep rolling new numbers. (audience cheers as Frank rolls) (audience groans)(buzz)It's another 6. (ding)Temporarily, you have $646. But now... (spoiler sfx)...those sixes turn into zeros -- knocking you down to $40. Now, Frank, there is good news. The 6, basically, is back in service. Should you roll a 6 in this last roll, that *will* pay off $6000. (audience cheers)*Any* number but a 4 makes you some good money. Feeling lucky going into the last roll?

Let's all rally around, Frank, okay? (audience cheers) Anything but 4. We'd like a 5. We'd love a 6. (audience cheers as Frank rolls . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ) (buzz; NYSI89 losing horns; audience groans)OUCH! (ding)Temporarily, you've got $4040. But now... (spoiler sfx) (audience groans)
...you've got nothing but goose eggs.
I tell ya what let's do. This is our last day at Television City. We can't leave on such a downer. Let's play the Grand Game anyway. Wally, please set up the Grand Game. (FF reveal sfx) Thanks, Wally. Frank, here's what we'll do. Behind two of those letters in "grand", we've got spoilers. If you find a spoiler, we'll make it worth $500 -- because, again, we want to leave here on some kind of winning note. One of the remaining eggs is worth $1000. Another egg is worth $2000. And then we have something called the Grand Roll egg. If you find the Grand Roll egg, you'll win at least $5000 -- and then have a chance to win up to $10,000. (audience cheers)So which letter do you think hides the Grand Roll egg?

It sure is -- and our accountant is cutting you -- (sighs) -- the last check we'll be cutting here from Television City. Nice hand for Frank Driscoll. (audience cheers) Frank, as you head that way to collect your winnings, team, gather 'round, please, because it's time for the goodbye (starts cracking up) we don't want to say. (audience cheers as most of OAR staff take stage)Friends, we don't want to go -- but we have to go. Television City is where television magic was made. Price was here for 51 seasons. The Joker's Wild started here. Gambit was here. The pilot episode for Hollywood Squares was filmed here; a reboot followed here decades later. Wheel of Fortune was here for a few years. The first revival of Family Feud was here. And we've talked about the first Card Sharks reboot calling home here. Furthermore, Carol Burnett's amazing comedy show was here. The Smothers Brothers, Jack Benny, and Red Buttons as well. Even shows that were not on this network -- "Three's Company", especially -- called Television City home. Several episodes of the religious anthology "Insight" were filmed here; a lot of it has since been preserved for YouTube and its guest stars read like a who's who of Hollywood. And all of that -- is just the *beginning* of the history that's been made here. Many memories were made here over the *decades*. (fights back tears) And that's what making it difficult -- to pack up and leave. But as we leave, we look forward to making new memories at our new home in Glendale, California. And, thankfully for us, Glendale's not far from here. So until we see you then from there -- and until we see you in Vegas for our primetime special -- make it a great day, keep the faith, and treasure your loved ones. (closing theme plays; audience applause)Tiffany: Each main and audience game participant will get on a roll -- with a weekend stay for two at the fabulous Pechanga Resort and Casino -- located just a few miles south of Temecula, California. The weekend stay also includes $300 in meal credits and an extra $500 in cash -- compliments of On A Roll and the Pechanga Resort and Casino.
And our contestants will receive some of the following...
The Marantz Model 2500 stereo system, featuring AM/FM receiver with gyro-touch tuner and toroidal dual power supply, plus 3-speed phonograph, cassette deck, and 2 matching stereo speakers- all made with a true musical sound with virtually no distortion to come between you and the music. Marantz: we sound better.
From TOMY, it's My Friend Pikachu. Touch this cuddly 10" doll and you'll hear one of ten sounds and phrases from the Pokémon anime. My Friend Pikachu -- from TOMY.
It's easy to make beautiful pictures with Lite-Brite. Just pop in the colored pegs and follow the patterns. You can even make your favorite characters with these included refills. Turn on the magic of colored lights with Lite-Brite, from Milton Bradley.
And also from Milton Bradley, introducing Magic Works -- no-fail magic you can master in minutes. Amaze your friends with unbelievable tricks like The Crystal Cleaver, Double Vision, Severed Skeleton, Clean Cut, and many others. Each main and audience game participant will receive a copy of the On A Roll home game. Uncover the clues with rolls of the dice at home -- also from Milton Bradley.Tiffany: One more time -- with feeling -- from Television City in Hollywood, this is Tiffany Phillips speaking for On A Roll...Tiffany: ...a Mark Goodson Television Production.(burst of cheers) (credits roll as cameras take various shots of the set, audience, models, Doug, and most of crew) (camera zooms in on Wally displaying...) (one last shot of cast and crew as they wave to camera -- fade to black)
