I know how you feel. Good luck to you, Kevin. Both of you have already know the rules... whoever wins the best 2 out of 3 rounds will be playing the Money Cards and at least a chance of winning a brand new automobile. Inside each of the cards we have prize cards. On today's show, we have a piano, a foosball table set, and a motor scooter. We'll begin round 1 with our first question. *grabs card* Kevin, we've asked 100 policemen-- Have you ever stopped someone, just to give them a warning, and ended up giving them a ticket because they were so rude? How many of them say they would give them the ticket?

Sometimes they just don't know what to expect. It's a difficult job but I think some officers are willing to be lenient. This is going to be snuffling number, I'll say 52.

Well, technically, you have to have a justifiable cause in order to arrest someone. Especially these days when cops are under attack. I'm going to say lower than 52, Tony.

If it's lower, you'll play your cards. If not, Kevin will be playing his cards. And the actual number of policemen say they would give them a ticket is-- [DING-DING-DING, APPLAUSE]71. Not lower... it is higher. And the champion will be playing his cards. Starting with-- --a 6. Do you want to play on this card or change it, Kevin?

Whenever you win the question, you have the right to change your 6 into-- --a 5.

Lower than a King-- [BUZZER, GROANING CONTINUES]No-- It's an Ace. Both players are back to square one. When our show continues, we'll meet the 10 audience members who will be joining us for our next question for both players. More cash, prizes, and surprises are still to come when Card Sharks returns after this. Please stick around, folks. [COMMERCIAL CUE, CHEERS AND APPLAUSE]*fade to commercial*

*back to studio* [CHEERS AND APPLAUSE]Welcome back to Card Sharks. After the first turn of the cards in round 1, this is what the board looks like. Both players haven't made an advance. There's still plenty of time in our first round as we now go into question 2. *grabs card* Greg-- This question is for you and it involves 10 doctors. Ladies and gentlemen-- come on over to the Contestants' Row area. [CHEERS AND APPLAUSE]Greg, we've asked the 10 doctors to this question. Are the new diet (non-prescription) pills effective? How many of them say yes-- the new non-prescription diet pills are effective?
Post by palmer7 on Apr 25, 2015 11:02:07 GMT -5
Well, I suspect that a lot of pharmaceutical companies try getting doctors to say that their pills are effective. The real question is how many of them have sold out. I'll say three.

[DING]3 out of 10 doctors say the new non-prescription diet pills are effective. What say you, Kevin-- higher or lower?
Post by koopakid17 on Apr 25, 2015 19:16:43 GMT -5
I have to say I'm sure these doctors have to look at every medication carefully. I'm not sure so I'll go with the odds and say higher than three.

[DING]Greg says the answer is 3 and Kevin says it's higher. The actual number of doctors say the new non-prescription diet pills are effective is-- [DING-DING-DING, APPLAUSE]5. Kevin is right-- It is higher. And-- Dr. Steve Brule, what are you doing here? Dr. Steve: Just promoting my Vrideo Cassette release of "For Your Health". [AUDIENCE LAUGHS]Tony: Yeah... that figures. Thank you doctors for sharing the poll with us. Please return to your seats. Give it up for them, everyone. [APPLAUSE]Kevin, you have a 5 as your base card. Do you want to play on that or change it?
