The very last box on the board... Good old 40 on the Blue... (flip) There it is!! (applause) $50 times 5 for a $250 score. Michael needed 6 picks to make a match, Mark needed 7. Now we turn to James who has been very patiently waiting. James I'll present a new board for you. If you can make a match in fewer than 6 picks, you alone will win a bonus prize. If you do it in exactly 6 picks, both you and Michael will each receive the bonus prize, and if you need 7 picks or don't make a match at all, then Michael alone will receive the bonus prize, which we'll hear about in a bit. Speaking of which, James, you're the newcomer here. Is there anything else about us that you'd like to share? Once you have done so, if you choose to that is, kindly select your first 2 boxes from your Free Play board, and good luck!

40 on the Red... (flip) Ah, another 30 now. If you can match the last 30 on this next pick James, you'll score $450 plus you'll win a nice prize, for having made a match in just 5 picks. Look it over, good luck, and which box do you select?

Bill, now's the time for me to ask that we place this game on pause until I return from my hockey tournament.

Indeed, if the time comes for you to answer a question, we'll indeed bookmark our game. Thanks for the heads up both here and in the vacation thread Mark, and the very best of good luck to you and your teammates! Hope you score a hat trick, or three in a match

30 on the Red for James, for $450 and sole winner of a nice prize... (flip) No, not there. You have a pair of 30's and a pair of 40s to work with James. One pick left available to you in the center column. How do you want to play it?

30 on the Blue for you James... (flip) There it is! (applause) $30 in six picks, so $30 multiplied by 10 means you just scored $300... James, you and Michael both made a match in the least number of selections, six, so each of you will receive this lovely prize, Frank? Frank Caliendo (as Don Pardo): It's a dishwasher... Frank Caliendo (as Don Pardo): It's the Kenmore 24 inch built-in dishwasher with PowerWave spray arm and TurboZone option. It features the powerwave spray arm that gets dishes clean from every direction with sequential jets that sweep dishes from not just one but two sides for 80% more coverage. And this prize is worth $750. (applause) Michael in the lead with $500, James at $300, Mark at $250. That takes us out of the FREE PLAY round and right into a commercial! Back with much more, after these words of interest. Won't you please watch? Thank you

(applause) Back here at "Three on a Match"... We have a little business to attend to before resuming our game. While we were off the air, our executive producer, Sande Stewart, the son of the legend that was and is Bob Stewart, approached me for a brief chat. James, I made a slight error in that I was told the Dishwasher was to go only to Michael. The rules are if during the FREE PLAY round if two or more players are tied with the fewest number of picks, the player with the largest money amount is then awarded the prize. So the dishwasher should have been awarded only to Michael, however, since I made that gaffe, we are awarding you the prize also James! (applause) And the difference will be coming out of my next paycheck (chuckling from the audience) (When Mark returns and checks back in, we will resume this match)

With Mark's return, we'll now reveal the codes our players locked in... Michael with 77, Mark 34 and James at 2. Let's check the order... The middle number goes first, and that belongs to you Mark. We'll show you your question in just a moment. This is the last episode with these types of questions. Starting on our next episode, players will have to figure out single words given clues for the words and they will have to bid as to how few letters will be needed. A new element of strategy to be added starting tomorrow, right here on "Three on a Match"! Meantime, let's look at Mark's question... 2016 is approaching quickly and the Summer Olympics will once again be underway. The Olympic flag consists of five interlocking circles. Which color listed above me is NOT a color of a ring found on the Olympic flag? Is it blue, tan, gold or black, Mark?

I know blue and gold are colors on the flag, and I've seen black as well. Therefore, tan is the answer you want.

Also my favorite color of M&Ms that are no longer made. Tan it is! (applause) You'll earn some money for that correct answer right now Mark, and possibly much more money and even a prize or two at the big matching board. First things first however... You select 2 of the 5 colorful money cards above me. One is worth $300, another $200, another $150, another $100 and one is worth nothing. Please select 2 of the colors at this time.

Hey, $350, very nice! Add that to the $250 you had before, puts you in the lead for the moment with $600. To the big board we go! A few quick reminders. You'll get a maximum of 7 picks. No more than 3 picks per column. In one column in one box is a NO MATCH card. In each of the other 2 columns one box has a "LOSE A TURN?" card. I will explain about those if and when they are discovered. The faster you make a match, the more money you will score. An instant prize card may turn up, if so, Frank will describe the prize and it will be yours to keep no matter what. If the symbol you match three of first is the bonus symbol, the last one revealed will have a star on it, and that will net you another $500 instantly. Mark, please begin by selecting your first box, give us a column and a color.

40 on the Blue... (flip) (gasps from the audience) Mark, each of our two "LOSE YOUR TURN?" cards contain at least 2 "Yes" boxes. If you select a "NO" box, we'll reveal the symbol behind 40 on the Blue, and your turn will continue. If you uncover a "YES", then control of the board will go to the player in last place, which would be James. Try to select a "NO" card Mark. 1, 2, 3 or 4?

Let's see, #3... (slide) (audience moans) I am sorry about that Mark. Sometimes it's easy come, easy go. You still have your $600 and that lead may still hold up... However, control now goes to the player with the lowest score which is you James. We return that box to its neutral position. The "LOSE YOUR TURN?" card has been removed from that box. There is still one more lurking somewhere, plus that NO MATCH card lurks too remember. James, a "fresh" board is now yours, select your first box please.
