(ding) (audience cheers) That's it -- 25 grand. If you need a second roll, the value drops to $5000. Each additional roll cuts the stakes in half. Avoid those doubles. Like the main game, if you throw doubles or numbers that can't be played, that's a wasted roll and we reduce the winnings accordingly. (Nathalie hands Evan dice) You've got the rules and the dice, Evan. You -- are on a roll. (audience cheers as...) (Evan rolls)And a good roll to start -- a 5 and a 2. Would you like for Wally to reveal the second or fifth letter in the word?

Second letter, please, Wally. (ding) It's an O. Evan, think it over carefully -- because you get this one try at $25,000. What is this thing?

(scattered laughter from the crowd) Again, better to say something that nothing. Wally, is this thing -- a -- ya know -- bottom? (buzz)No. With that, you're down to your last roll. If this last roll is a double or a 2 and a 6, the game's automatically over and you win $500 consolation. But twelve-fifty's better. Let's see if you can win that twelve-fifty. (Evan rolls)And it's a 4 and a 6. Sixth letter's already been taken. So, Wally, fourth letter, please. (ding) It's an I. Well, the right answer here pays $1250. A wrong answer means $500. What is this thing, Evan?

Wally, please set up Lucky 7 for us. (FF reveal sfx) Thanks, Wally. Evan, Wally will give you a certain number of chances to roll any sum of 7 on the dice. But before Wally sets the shutdown timer, we need to find out what you're playing for. All you have to do is pick a letter in the word "lucky". Since you've won one game in the match, you're playing for up to $100,000 in cash. (audience cheers) Great car's still up there. Great vacation in Dubai also still there. Which letter in "lucky" would you like?

Letter L, please, Wally. (audience cheers; dings) Nice. Playing for the car. Porsche 718 Cayman S worth nearly $85,000. Because that's worth a lot of coin... (alarm goes off) ...Wally's probably setting the shutdown timer low. (ding) Just three rolls. Each time you don't roll any sum of 7, you win the roll's total value in hundreds of dollars. Doubles are more than wasted rolls; they're worthless and automatically shut down the timer. Good luck -- because you -- are on a roll. (audience cheers as...) (Evan rolls)(dings; DSW sound effects play; win theme plays; audience cheers)YOU WIN THE CAR! You didn't need three rolls. You just needed the one. How do you feel?

Well, we saved you a trip to the dealership in a big way. Wally, how big? (FF reveal sfx) (more cheers) $86,215 in cash and car with a chance to win more on the next show. Debut of a new audience game comes up -- after this. (theme plays; audience cheers)

Okay, some housekeeping notes before we proceed.
Next episode of Daytime OAR won't start until June 27 at the earliest. This is due to previously announced days off from NGC due to professional responsibility. Please see my thread in the vacations section of NGC for more details.
We'll try to sneak in two audience games before we close and archive this thread. Right now, one's more likely. Regardless of how many audience games we'll play, they may run slow on this end due to professional responsibility.
As noted in the last post, we're debuting a new audience game. Best way to explain it: Think TPiR's Shell Game with a little more of a casino feel. Rather than determining whether certain items are priced too high or two low, you'll be predicting outcomes of dice rolls.
So with that, who wants to play? Next person to respond who didn't play the main games gets to play this new audience game.

Can I please play against him? Hi, Anthony, you'd actually play "against the house" in our TPiR Shell Game-styled audience game. We're not looking for a new challenger in main games -- yet. Still want to play "against the house"?

(audience cheers) Welcome back to On A Roll. Time for a new audience game. We're going to play it with Anthony Long. (more cheers) Yes, he said Anthony *Long*, not to be confused with Tony *Lane* who hosts our nighttime show. Anthony, welcome to On A Roll Daytime. Please tell us something about yourself.

Well, happy early birthday. I think you'll like what you're playing for. Tiffany, what could Anthony win? (last few seconds of FF76 theme plays; audience cheers)Tiffany: Anthony, you could win up to $10,000 in cashYes, $10,000. That should get you something really nice as you play our version *of*... (FF reveal sfx) ...Crown & Anchor. Now, are you familiar with Crown & Anchor?

We're about to make you familiar. Here's how we play Crown & Anchor. First, we use the dice that are used in the regular version of Crown & Anchor. And here to help us take turns rolling the dice are our guests from The CW's "Dynasty", Nathalie Kelley and Elizabeth Gillies. They're holding up two of the three dice they'll be rolling. Each number 1 on each cube has been replaced with a crown symbol colored red. Each 2 has been replaced with an anchor colored black. (guests turn around cubes) The remaining threes through sixes have been respectively replaced with spades -- hearts... (guests turn around cubes) ...clubs -- and diamonds -- just like the pips you'd see in a standard deck of cards. [NOTE FROM DOUG: The pip/symbol replacements for the numbers 1-6 are based on the Crown & Anchor dice manufactured by Koplow Games. These will remain the assignments in future playings of Crown & Anchor.](guests put dice in big dice cup) Now, Anthony, in a moment, our guests will roll the dice a total of four times. Before each roll, you must predict whether a majority of the symbols that come up in a roll will be colored red or black. Each time you're right, you earn a token. Wally will keep count of the tokens you have on that readout below the screens. The more tokens you have, the better your chances of winning the $10,000. You'll be using the tokens to cover the numbers on the board -- which we'll discuss later. Right now, let's play for your first token. Will a majority of the dice come up with symbols that are red or black?

Red's the call. Elizabeth will roll first -- then they'll take turns rolling from there. Elizabeth: All right, I hope at least two of these are ready. (audience cheers as Elizabeth shakes up dice cup from Let 'Em Roll; pours them down original LER ramp) (dings; audience applause) And it's good. Heart and crown make the majority of the roll red. (ding) And you'll have one token to play with. Anthony, by the way, if you're right on all remaining rolls, you'll have four tokens and obviously win the $10,000. By that point, we'd give you a chance at more cash. (scattered woos and cheers) But right now, please pick your next color. Red or black? (audience shouts suggestions)

Changing colors to black. Nathalie, your turn to do the honors. Nathalie: Okay, Anthony. Good luck. (audience cheers as Nathalie shakes up dice cup from Let 'Em Roll; pours them down original LER ramp) (audience groans) (buzz) All red this time. Should've stuck with red. Well, chance at extra cash is off the table. $10,000 still in reach. Pick again. Red or black? (audience shouts suggestions)
