Nice to have you hear from Alabama. Now, we promised you a chance at big money. Tiffany, let's make good on that. (last few seconds of FF88 theme plays; audience cheers) Tiffany: James, you'll have a chance to win more than $20,000 in cash! That's a nice payoff -- but it *could* be better. Right, Tiff? (match win cue from CS78 plays; audience cheers) Tiffany: Yes, indeed, Doug. James if you're really lucky, that money could double to more than $40,000. That's right, James. At least $20,000 -- possibly double that much -- can be yours as we play Doug's Dice Game. We play it much like the Dice Game you see on TPiR. But, instead of rolling the digits in the price of a car -- (Doug pulls question from jacket pocket) -- you're trying to roll the actual digits in the correct answer to this question. According to NBC News, what was the average cost of a wedding as of late July of 2015? Now, as we apologize to the powers that be here at CBS -- (scattered laughter from the crowd) -- the right answer is in five figures. We'll spot you the first digit in the answer -- which is... (ding) ...a 2. Now, in a moment, James, you'll roll this dice cube for the next digit in the answer -- then the third, fourth and fifth digits -- one at a time, of course. Each digit in the answer is higher than 0 and lower than 7 -- meaning you *can* succeed in rolling the exact digits in the remainder of the answer. Make the right moves and you receive the correct answer in cash for more than $20,000. (audience cheers) But if you do roll ones, sixes, the right digit each time or a combination thereof -- and in the process guarantee victory after four rolls -- we multiply the answer by two dollars -- and award you more than $40,000. (more cheers) So, you're rolling for the second digit in the average price of a wedding, again as of late July of 2015 according to that other network. James, you -- are on a roll. (more cheers)
[NOTE FROM DOUG: To ensure James has a chance to double up the cash prize, we'll use an element from another dice game I host here -- Crag: The Numbers Game. Through randomizer.org, four dice were rolled 100 times -- with the result of each roll placed in a set. I can verify at least one set of rolls will force victory and thus pay off more than $40,000.
James, please respond to select a roll -- 1st from 100th -- and you'll gradually see the set's results.]

(mix of cheers groans) Going against the odds again. (ding) Okay. Your picks are in. Let's see if you're a winner of $20,000+. Now, we know the fourth digit's right. Light that up, please. (ding) A 4. That means the average cost of a wedding as of late July of 2015 is more than $20,040. You could win more than $20,040 in cash. Now -- let's check the second digit. I'm reasonably certain you got this one. Is it higher than a 3? (ding; audience applause) Wow -- is it ever! A 6. You could win more than $26,040. But -- something about that middle digit really worries me. Let's just go ahead and rip off the bandage. Is the next digit a 1? (buzz; NYSI89 losing horns; audience groans) Oh -- fiddlesticks! Another 6. Just for the heck of it, was James right on the last digit? (audience groans) You were. $26,645 -- that was the average cost of walking down the primrose path as of midway through 2015. Well, James, I tell ya what. Since this is *Doug's* Dice Game, I'll give you $100 for each digit you correctly predicted. That's $300. (scattered applause) I'll also throw in another $100 since you actually forced the right answer by rolling a 6 for the fourth digit. That's a total of $400 -- plus a prize that we'll learn about as we wrap this up. (scattered cheers) Thanks, Tristin and Mariana for helping us out. Keep watching Tristin on "MacGyver", keep watching Mariana on "Save To Win" -- and keep watching us because Day 3 of On A Roll's Big Money Week resolves the match with Lenny and Matt. Until Day 3, make it a great day, keep the faith and treasure your loved ones. (closing theme plays; audience applause)Tiffany: In addition to his cash winnings, our audience game player will receive, from Martin Lawrence Galleries, this beautiful, limited-edition serigraph, "Elegance in Travel" by Susan Rios. It's numbered and hand-signed by the artist and available at Martin Lawrence Galleries throughout the United States.

As we put this episode in the archives, it's time to take a page from Drew's book and show you we had an honest game.
Recall if James' dice rolls forced victory -- either by rolling ones, sixes and/or the exact digit he was rolling for -- the cash prize would double from what we know now as $26,645 to what could've been $53,290.
James went with the first set of dice rolls. It looks like if he went to the 22nd set -- which was nothing but ones -- victory would be assured.
