Well, this is the moment we've been waiting for: the launch of Family Feud: Seasons! First up is 1977, when the syndicated version of what was then the ABC hit game show premiered. I will need six players for this show; the first and fourth players to sign up will also serve as captains for their respective teams. For added authenticity, I would also like you to provide your real names so that I won't have to resort to the boring Team A/Team B naming setup.
And while you're signing up, here's a look back at one of the first syndicated episodes:

And here's a sign-in sheet for all of you who are interested in playing. This will be updated until the sixth player has signed up.
TEAM A 1. Matt (mringgenberg) 2. Kevin (koopakid17) 3. James (jman8606)
TEAM B 1. Frank (grapebuy789) 2. Bill (billmcdee) 3. David (gameboy2000)
EDIT: As of Super Bowl Sunday, all six spots have been filled, and the show will begin soon.

Now that the Super Bowl is over, we can get on with the show! (1976 FF Open) ERIN HARRIS: It's time for the Family Feud! Introducing the Ringgenberg family: Matt, Kevin and James, ready for action! And the Sartori family: Frank, Bill and David. On your marks, let's start...the Family Feud! (1976 FF Theme) With the star of Family Feud, Bill Skinner!Thank you! And I want to welcome one and all to the first episode of a new series, Family Feud: Seasons, where we'll showcase a different year in each episode, and today, we go back to when the syndicated version of the show began, in 1977. And to open things up we have the Ringgenberg family going up against the Sartori family! And before we get started, I would like to take the time to thank Kevin himself for inspiring me to do this show. Of course, he's the one who brought Wheel of Fortune: Seasons to NGC, and gave me the idea of Family Feud: Seasons, so there you go. Right now, I need Matt and Frank to join me at the front right now. (1976 FF Face-Off Cue, fiddle variant) Good luck to you, and you know how this goes. We surveyed 100 people, and the top eight answers are on the board; you have to give me the most popular answer. This is the question: Past or present, name a famous Richard. (Just be the first to ring-in with the correct answer, and whoever has the better answer will have the option to pass or play.)
