30 on the Red... (flip) $1,000. 4 picks to go Jon, and only 1 more pick allowed in the 30 column. I assure you that "DOUBLE" card appears some where in each column. Where to next?

30 on the Blue... (flip) (collective moans and groans from the audience) That's too bad Jon. But you're still trying for $29,000 and that Buick. 3 picks to go, the 30 column is now closed... Where to now Jon?

Oh man is right... 20 on the Yellow... (flip) (groans from the audience) Okay, obviously that $500 card is no good, since we already know there isn't one in the 30 column but there is one somewhere in the 40 column. There's also a DOUBLE YOUR DOLLARS card in the 40 column. If you pick either of those on your next turn, it will be impossible to make 3 on a match. Since a match will give you $29,000 and the car, right now I am authorized to offer you a bail out option. If you want to quit right now, I'll offer you $6,750 cash. That's 3 times the values on the board right now, to give up trying to go for $29,000 in cash plus the $35,000 Buick. If you decline this offer and pick again, and your next pick is the $500 card or the Double Card, you'll only win the face value of the amounts shown on the board. Tough decision, what do you want to do Jon?

Odds are too great of winning anything lower. I'm gonna bail out!

Congratulations on winning $6,750 Jon!
(applause)
And of course you will get to come back on our next show, try to win another match and possibly that car and a cash jackpot of $30,000, or $60,000 if all 3 Double Your Dollars cards are uncovered!
But I am a curious type, and I am sure our audience is too. Which box would you have taken next Jon? This is just for fun and doesn't count toward anything at this point.
