Higher than a six...................another six (6H; buzzer) So sorry, Kevin. The good news, however, is that you don't lose any progress. Matt, you have a free shot with your seven. You must play off this one since you didn't win the question

Lower than a Jack.....................a ten (10C). Now Matt, you are only one card away from winning the first game of this match. Play on or freeze?

Matt is freezing on the nine. (A freeze bar appears over Matt's nine) And gentlemen, we have now come to the fourth and final question of this round. Therefore, somebody has to win on the next play of the cards. Kevin, this next question goes to you and it's quite an interesting one so I'll need you to pay close attention as I read this question off. We surveyed 100 collectors of vintage video games and we asked them which game system they like to collect for the most. Kevin, how many of them said that they like to collect for the Nintendo 64 the most?

This one's going to be lie. I think a lot of gamers would rather collect NES or SNES titles. I have to say 20.

Kevin says 20 of them like to collect for the N64. (ding) Matt, is the actual number higher or lower than 20?

It has to be a little lower.

Matt says it's a bit lower. (ding) The actual number of vintage video game collectors who said that they like to collect for the N64 is..................................30 of them. (ding ding ding) It's actually just a bit higher. For the record, I've gotten into collecting vintage video games myself lately. All right Kevin, here's the situation. You can playy off your six if you want. You also have the option to change the six and hope for a better card. Or you can pass to Matt, who would be forced to play off the nine. What would you like to do, Kevin?

I'd like to pass, Mark.

He's going to pass. Matt, you must play off the nine. The good news is that you're only one card away from winning the round. The bad news is that if you make an incorrect call on this last card, Kevin will win the round. How do you want to call the nine, Matt?

Matt says it's lower. If this last card is indeed lower than a nine, you win the round and $1,000 in cash. If it's a nine or higher, however, Kevin wins. Lower than a nine.............................a King (KS; buzzer) And Kevin wins game one! (cue CS 1978 game win sfx) Well done, Kevin. Matt, you need to win the next game in order to remain alive. (cue 1978 CS theme) We'll take a time out for some commercials and we'll play our second game after this. (Fade to commercial)

(Back to the studio) We're back on Card Sharks. Kevin has won the first round, which means Matt has to win this round to stay alive. New cards have been placed in the decks of both Matt and Kevin and we begin the round with a question to Matt. Matt, we surveyed 100 Star Wars fans and we asked them if they like the 1999-2005 films or the original 1977-1983 films better. Matt, how many of them said that they like the original trilogy better?

I love the original trilogy. Even the third film of the second trilogy doesn't save face. I'm pretty sure a lot of fans agree so I'll say higher than 57.

Kevin says it's higher than 57. (ding) The actual number who said that they like the original trilogy better is..........................98 of them! (ding ding ding) It was indeed higher. Way higher, in fact. Kevin, you have control to start off game two and the card is................................a deuce (2H)! That's a great card. I think I know how you're going to play it, but I must give the option since it's in the rules. Play it or change it?

He is freezing on the seven. (A freeze bar appears over Kevin's seven) Next question coming up and this one's for you, Kevin. We surveyed 100 people and we asked them "If you wanted to change one physical characteristic about yourself, would you go through with the change?". Kevin, how many of them said that they would go through with the change?

I certainly would and I bet there are plenty of features about their bodies people aren't happy with. I'll say 74.

Matt says it's lower than 74. (ding) All right, the actual number who said that they would go through with the change is.........................55 of them. (ding ding ding) It is indeed lower and Matt, you are starting off your row in this game with............................a three (3C)! Play it or change it?
