It's a four-link chain. In this example, we've spotted you the top link, which is FAST -- and the bottom link, which is REACTION. There's only one word per link -- and the correct solutions would lead to three different two-word phrases.

After the first and last words are revealed, we will then give you seven seconds to think over the two words that are in the middle. When the thinking time starts, we reveal the initial letter of each central word -- like this...
