And for $1,000, we're looking for something lower than a Jack. What is it?
(7 ♠)
ding!
It's a 7, and you get $4,000; in addition, we move it to the next row and add $2,000 to your bank, which is now $6,000. Now you have the option of changing the 7 or playing it as it is. What would you like to do?

Alright, we change it to...
(9 ⋄)
...a 9. Now what's your call on that?

Let's go $600 higher.

For $600, is it higher than a 9?
(7 ⋄)
buzz!
No, it's a 7, and we have to take away $600. But you still have $5,400 in your bank, and two more cards left until the Big Bet. What's your next call?

For $500, is it higher than a 7?
(9 ♠)
ding!
Yes, and now you have $5,900 as you're one card away from the Big Bet! What's your decision now?

And for $600, is it higher than a 9?
(9 ♥)
buzz!
Nope, it's another 9, but you still have $5,900 as we head into the Big Bet. Now, as I said earlier, you must bet at least half of your bank on the last card, and that would be $2,950. And, of course, you will have one last opportunity to change the 9, since it's the base card on the top row. So what do you want to do?

Change that card please!

And so this means that you must play the new card, which is...
(5 ♠)
...oh boy, a 5. Now you have to risk any amount from $2,950 to $5,900, since it is the Big Bet. And if you bet it all and are right, you will be leaving here with $11,800! With that being said, what's your pleasure?

For $4,100 and an even $10,000 in winnings, is the next card higher than a 5? Show it to us!
(4 ♣)
buzz!
Oh no! I guess those cards have not been kind today, but if it's any consolation, you still have $1,800 from the Money Cards round; when we add that to the $2,000 from the main game, that gives you a total of $3,800! (Card Sharks Theme) I hope you had fun today. I'm Bill Skinner, saying thanks for watching, and we'll see you again on Card Sharks. Until then, so long, everybody!
