One in the middle row.

First letter in the middle row... (Myleene touches screen) ...is a D. Every non-double roll is still good -- so would you like to guess the middle clue or take the last roll of this round?

Take the last roll.

Very well. Roll 'em (Matt R. rolls)A 2 and a 1 -- or a 3. Well -- this is easy. All the threes are gone and blocked -- and there's just one 1 and one 2. So, let's take the 2 in the middle... (Myleene touches screen) ...which gives us an E. The 1 at the bottom gives us... (Myleene touches screen) ... an F. Matt R., assuming you don't win the match in the next few moments, another name game follows -- and we'll be in "play or pass" mode. We'll talk more about that if necessary. Right now -- would you like to guess the middle clue, guess the bottom clue -- or move on to that next name game?

The bottom clue.

(dings; audience applause) The bottom clue is indeed FRUIT. Now, Matt R., you have a chance to win the game if you solve the puzzle correctly. If you're right, you'd win the match since you've already won Game 1. If you're wrong or you wish to bypass a guess, we proceed with a crucial name game. How do you play it?

Play another name game.

All right, no guess from the champ. That means the dice are up for grabs in this crucial name game. Matt and Matt, hands back on the buzzers, please. First Matt to correctly recognize this next name has an important decision to make. (FF reveal sfx)Another nine-letter famous last name and here's your clue. He's been on a roll -- ever since he was in the cast of the original "Beverly Hills, 90210". (ding)
(Matt and Matt, please PM me a buzz code and your answer.)

68 mringgenberg 61 mrb2000 77 random.org (Matt R. buzzes in)Matt Ringgenberg? Matt R.: Priestley (dings; audience cheers)That's it. Now, Matt R., the dice are yours -- at least for the moment. Take a look at the game board again. Numbers are so scarce that certain rolls cannot made. So, here's the situation. Matt R., you may roll the dice or pass. Remember, if one Matt throws numbers or a sum that can't be made, the dice go to the other Matt along with a free letter. Same can be still said of doubles. So -- Matt R., are you rolling -- or passing to Matt B.?

Passing the roll to Matt B. Matt B., step into the box, please, take the dice and let's see what happens. (Matt B. rolls)A 2 and a 4 or a 6 -- (buzz) -- cannot be made. (audience groans) All the twos, fours and sixes are gone, Matt B. Sorry about that. Matt R., your hunch was right. Three rolls left in the round. But now... ...you may pick any numbered space for your free letter.

Going top shelf for the 12... (Myleene touches screen)...and it's a Z -- or as any guest model would say, "zed". Myleene: Indeed. Matt R., would you like to guess the top clue, roll the dice or pass the dice?

Post by dougmorrisontheair on Oct 12, 2015 21:13:01 GMT -5
For the match -- is it -- LEMON? (dings; SCSD win theme plays; audience cheers)It is LEMON. Congratulations. Matt Ringgenberg has just swept the match -- and will try for more than $100,000 in a moment. We're a little short on time -- so let's just go ahead and reveal the middle clue. (FF reveal sfx)Defective car -- yeah, that can be described as a lemon for sure. Lemon's also a fruit. Surname of Liz is a reference to Tina Fey's character from "30 Rock" -- Liz Lemon. That's the match. Matt Bingel, awfully sorry we have to say goodbye. We do have some fine parting gifts. Plus, not many American men can boast they got to walk side-by-side with beautiful British women. After walking with Myleene earlier, now you get to walk backstage with Rachel. Everyone, one more hand for Matt Bingel. (audience cheers)Matt Ringgenberg, money roll time again. This time, you're rolling for $10,000 a point. A roll of boxcars means $120,000. (audience cheers) Go ahead and roll 'em. (Matt R. rolls) (theme plays; audience cheers)Stands to reason. Matt plays Lucky 7 for $70,000 -- after this. (director quickly fades to black) (theme plays)

We're back and we're going to dive right into this $70,000 try at Lucky 7. Matt, Wally already set everything up for you. He's spotting you two tokens -- one for winning the game and the other for sweeping the match. More could come courtesy of the wild rolls. Clear out the seven numbers and you pocket $70,000. (audience cheers) (Matt rolls)Start off with a 5. (ding) $500. Roll again. (Matt rolls)Dice total 9 this time. Say bye to the 9. (ding) Got a grand this time. Keep on rollin'. (Matt rolls)Another 5. (ding) No worries. $1050. Rachel brings back the dice and you get... (Matt rolls) ...3 and 2 again. (ding) Another $50 for $1100. You're still on a roll. Wild roll or one of the naturals still standing would help. (Matt rolls) And the number in the middle goes away. (ding) Got the even sums left for $70,000. Keep it going, Matt. (Matt rolls) (audience cheers) (cha-ching) And a wild roll provides a decision. Would you like a third token -- or call this 11 one of the even numbers still on the board?

Roll again, please. (Matt rolls) (audience cheers) (cha-ching) Hey now -- got another 11. Would you like to clear out another number or take your third token for Wally's car game? Other end of the board -- and with that... (ding) ...as Wally gives you encouragement, you're at least two rolls away from 70 large. (audience cheers, roots for Matt) (Matt rolls)(more cheers) The 6! That's another $500 -- (ding) -- *and*... (alarm goes off)...security's been notified of the burglar. (scattered laughter from the crowd) No it means you now have... (ding)...five more chances to roll an 8 -- and you must do so naturally. Roll an 8 -- and you get $70,000. (more cheers from the crowd) Good luck and go get that money! (Matt rolls)That's a 5. (ding)Fifty more bucks and four tries to get an eight. (Matt rolls)YOU DID IT!!!! (dings; win theme plays; audience cheers)And the impressive thing about all this is -- not *one* double. (more cheers) Matt, the only thing that would make this victory better is if you won that Mercedes-Benz CLS550 coupe in Wally's Car Game. Wally, the numbers, please. (FF reveal sfx)

Covering 4 and 5. Copy that. (ding)Let's start with number 4. Wally, did you hide the "car" in screen number 4? (buzz)Nope. Well, let's see if Wally hid the "car" in 5? Come on, Wally, give us the news. (buzz; NYSI89 losing horns; audience groans)Darn. Well -- look at this way. With the money you've won, you could *buy* that Mercedes. If not, you're just a few hundred bucks shy. Wally, where was the car this time? (ding) (audience groans) The "car" was at 3 again. We assure everyone Wally's determination, powered by Random.org, put "car" at three in both of today's car games. Well -- that's the bad news, Matt. Wally, please give him the good news. (audience cheers)$79,550 in cash winnings for you, Matt Ringgenberg. We'll see you on the next show, Matt. And we'll see the rest of you -- after this. (theme plays; audience cheers)

With Halloween just around the corner, we're going to play an audience game called Trick or Treat.
The "Treat" is thousands of dollars in cash stashed inside of a plastic jack-o'-lantern. The "Trick" is -- well -- let's just say you'd rather have the treat.
No qualifying on this one. First one to respond to this post gets to play.

Welcome back. With Halloween just around the corner, Zack Corsetti's going to play our audience game of Trick or Treat. Zack, as we welcome you to the dice table, let me tell how the game works. You want to collect the five letters that spell "TREAT" before you collect the five letters that spell "TRICK". You collect your letters by rolling our special Trick or Treat cube. Rachel has your cube -- on which the numbers 1, 2 and 3 have been replaced with "TRICK"... ...meaning 4, 5 and 6 have been replaced with "TREAT". Complete "TREAT" first and Myleene will hand you a plastic jack-o'-lantern filled with $10,000. (audience cheers) Complete "TRICK" first and you win... (Doug holds up dud prize) ..."Ishtar" on DVD. (scattered laughter from the crowd) One more thing -- since "TRICK" and "TREAT" share the same first two letters... (FF reveal sfx) ...we'll give each word a two-letter head start. This means you need to roll three "TREATs" for $10,000 or three "TRICKs" for -- ya know. (scattered laughter from the crowd) Any questions?

Sounds like you're ready to go. Give 'it a roll. (Zack rolls) (scattered groans) (buzz) Eeek. Not off to a great start. You get the I in TRICK. Okay, let's get a "TREAT" to even things out. (Zack rolls) (more groans) (buzz) Oh, noes. One more "TRICK" roll and it's "Ishtar" for you. Zack, I don't want you going home with one of the worst movies ever. But I want you going home with money. Tell ya what I'm gonna do. I'm going to offer you $500 for each letter you have in "TREAT" -- the two letters we spotted you -- as a chance to bail out of the game. Would you like $1000 or risk it and try to make a comeback? (audience shouts suggestions)
