All right folks, with the changes I am planning to make for High Rollers, I think this would be a good time to post the rule sheet for the second season of the show.
Front game rules:
Front game will pretty much remain status quo with the first contestant to win two rounds advancing to the Big Numbers. However, we have decided to make a slight tweak to this that I hope everyone will like. In addition to the prizes that contestants can win off of the board, each game in the match is now worth money. In each of the first two rounds, the winner will receive an additional $1,000 added to their score. If the tiebreaker round is needed, it will pay $2,000 to whoever wins that round. Additionally, we have decided that those lovely parting gifts are kind of meaningless in this day and age. So starting this season, we will award $500 as a consolation prize to whoever loses the match. Of course, if a contestant does not win the match but does win a prize along the way, then they will also receive those prizes in addition to the $500.
Big Numbers rules:
The show's end game will also remain mostly the same with the winner of the match playing for $25,000. But if a player manages to win five matches in a row, then that contestant plays the Big Numbers for $100,000 upon winning their fifth match. Of course, we will still award $500 per number cleared from the board if the player fails to remove all nine numbers. After that is where things get interesting, however. Following the Big Numbers, the day's winning contestant will then be handed a set of car keys and will use that set of keys to try and start one of five cars that will be up for grabs. If the key starts the car the player selects, then they win that car. Once a car is won, it is taken out of play and replaced with a different car.
Returning champions rules:
Rules for returning champions remains unchanged from Season 1. Winning players will remain on the show until defeated.
And there you have it. The new season of High Rollers is slated to begin on August 10 and should be quite exciting.
