Hi All,
I am going to see a podiatrist later today due to a bunion I have as well as an open sore I've had on my foot for a few weeks.
Last night from around 830pm til after 1am I was experiencing excruciating pain in my left foot.
I think I may have an infection as I was experiencing chills yesterday and when I woke at 645 this morning I was drenched in sweat, probably from a fever breaking.
I have no idea what's going to happen with this visit today. I am hoping for the best but expecting the worst so if you do not hear back from me, this is why.
If I am, Lord willing, able to be on later today with an update, I will try to do so. Sitting for an extended period of time is difficult on this foot and bunion, so I try to stay off of it as much as I can, especially since I have to sit at work all day.

All. Sorry for not replying sooner. I had a toe amputated on Oct 4 will be in rehab til mid Nov.

I know that HAD to be painful for you, Bill.
I wish you all the best, and for a speedy recovery (or as "speedy" as you can).
And remember: Keep thinking positively, and you'll ALWAYS be a winner.

Hello Friends,
After a long and arduous 6 week challenge in my life, I am back home with my family as of today, Friday, November 15th.
I have a lot of other business to attend to before I can resume here on NGC, but just wanted to let you know I am back home, and Lord willing, I will be for good.

You are very welcome. It was just 1 thank goodness. All I got was a couple of tree limbs on my roof. No damage.
