Frank Caliendo (as Don Pardo) George Cluster… Chris Chambers… and Bryan Law… If your first three Bonus Bucks picks all match. you could win up to twenty-five thousand dollars in cash! From Rockefeller Center in the heart of New York inside the Bill Cullen Theatre, the NBC Television Network is proud to present… Bill McDee's - Three On A Match! with your host... Bill McDee! That's me! Greetings and warmest salutations to one and to all, welcome into another episode of the P.M. version of "Three on a Match", a show bearing my name to help differentiate from the daytime version hosted by my long time good friend and fellow host, Doug Morris, and I highly recommend watching both his version as well as mine. Doug's going to be amending his Q&A segment for his version which I know will prove fun and challenging for both the studio contestants as well as the home audience who wish to play along. Before we proceed, I want to take a moment to thank everybody who participated with the most recent polling question, and by a tally of 9 to 1, you voted for us to play the game as is, first to three matches winning the game, rather than do a self-contained episode with a front game and a bonus game squeezed into one program, so I again thank you all for that very good feedback! When we last left off, we were in the middle of a game between our two time champion George Cluster and he's once again taking on Chris Chambers and Bryan Law. We invited Chris and Bryan back due to a format change we introduced midway through the previous game, and due to an error on my part, we will have the two non-winners of this next game back on a future episode. The wrong category slide was reveled during one round which could have affected the outcome of said game, so we felt it best to remedy that boo boo that way. A quick recap for this game, George has 1 match so far, as does Chris, Bryan's had a couple of tries at the matching board but to no avail thus far. Should either George or Chris get back to the matching board this round, they will be starting with the base of 200 points to spend at the matching board. If Bryan gets back there, he will have 220 to spend. Each time a player is unable to achieve Three on a Match, we give them an additional 10 points to the 200 point base until such time as they are successful, at which time the point total resets to the 200 point base. It takes three matches at the big board to win a game and to play our end game which we call Bonus Bucks for a chance at a jackpot up to $25,000 in cash! When we last left off, Chris had gone to the matching board last and as such, he gets to select our next category: Each of our three numbered slides conceals a different category and two of these three slides also conceals a various bonus card which I will explain when they turn up. Right now Chris, I'd ask if you would please select 1 2 or 3 and we'll continue this current game.

FOUR LETTER WORDS is our first category of the day. Bonus card behind it? Indeed there is. Whoever goes to the matching board will have one free box to select after using up their point totals, if necessary. Four questions will be asked, the first worth $50, the second worth $100, then $150 and finally $200. The player with the highest money total will go to the matching board, but as always, all money scored by all players is theirs to keep. In the event that two players are tied for the lead, the low scorer gets to decide which of the other two get to go to the matching board. And lastly, as happened just recently to Chris, if any player gets a perfect score of $500 with the toss up questions, the NO MATCH card will be revealed ahead of time on the matching board. Here we go friends, FOUR LETTER WORDS, $50 toss up question... An answer needs to be posted no later than 8pm EST on Wednesday, September 4th. Which U.S. state's capital city is Columbus? (ding) Chris, your answer please.

Totally fine. First 20 on the Red... This is our yummy fruit salad board. Got a watermelon there. And now here is 30 on the Yellow... (gasps and aahhs from the audience) Got yourself a pair of watermelons up there, and if 40 on the Blue is a third watermelon, that will be another Instant Match for you and another $800. 40 on the Blue has... (Groans) Cherries, and isn't that just the pits? (more groans) No booing the emcee! Well you missed out on the Instant Match Jackpot Chris, but you still have 110 to spend and then one free box at the end if needed, and who knows, if your winning pick has the JACKPOT card attached to it, you will still win that $800. Where to now?

For your second match in this game Chris... 40 on the Green for that last watermelon? And suddenly the board has turned sour... (more groans) I guess the audience did not enjoy that "Fruit Punch" Line! Okay Chris, you still have 70 points left to spend as you wish and then one free box available to you should you need. Remember you may only reveal a maximum of three boxes per column and then the column will be closed out. Watch out too for that dreaded NO MATCH card as it is still lurking about. Where to now Chris?

Last chance for a watermelon with 40 on the Red... You got it! (applause) If the JACKPOT card is attached to 40 on the Red, you'll win another $800, otherwise you'll win the money amount attached to it... Another $275! (applause) Chris takes the lead with 2 matches to his credit, 1 for George, Bryan we have to try to get you on the scoreboard next. Right now however, since one of our players has reached 2 matches, that enables all three of you to play our BIG MATCH game for a chance at an instant thousand bucks. Two halves of a $1,000 bill are hidden up there some place. We will go through our players one at a time revealing one box. The moment one of you reveals either half of the $1,000 bill, you and you alone will get to make one more pick of the remaining boxes to try to pair it up with the other half. We'll go through the panel a maximum of three times and we start, as always with player 1 which is you George. Select any box you wish please George.

40 on the Green coming right up... Ah! There's one half of that $1,000 bill Bryan. So we stop with you and you Bryan get one more pick from the board. If you unearth the other half of that $1,000 bill, you will win $1,000 in cash. Odds are tough, 8 to 1 against, but it can be done. Bryan, which box do you want?
