Frank Caliendo (as Don Pardo) George Cluster… Chris Chambers… and Bryan Law… If your first three Bonus Bucks picks all match. you could win up to twenty-five thousand dollars in cash! From Rockefeller Center in the heart of New York inside the Bill Cullen Theatre, the NBC Television Network is proud to present… Bill McDee's - Three On A Match! with your host... Bill McDee! That's me! I thank you Frank Caliendo and I thank you friends for tuning into my version of Three on a Match, not to be mistaken with my good friend Doug Morris' version seen on NBC Daytime, a show and a host that I highly recommend you watch! Meantime we thank you for watching us here during the early evening hours. When we last left off, we were still in the middle of a game between our returning champion George Cluster and his current set of challengers Chris Chambers and Bryan Law. So far George has 2 matches in this game, it takes 3 to become champion or I suppose in George's case, retain the crown, Chris no matches thus far at the big board and Bryan's made 1 match in spite of several trips to that big board. I am excited to announce we're making a few modifications to the game, nothing too drastic however, since we're introducing said changes right now in the middle of this current game, and in the interest of fairness, we will invite all three of you to stick around to play in the next game as well. One change being made is for our question round. Previously we asked 5 questions in a particular category valued at $50, $75, $100, $125 and $150. To allow more trips to our game board during each episode, we now will be only playing a maximum of 4 questions per category. The dollar values for the questions will now be $50, $100, $150 and $200, so the same amount of money available, just with one fewer question. Another change we're introducing is our bonus cards. At the start of each question round, there will always be, at minimum, one bonus card hidden behind one of our three numbered slides, but there could be two or as many as three hidden up there. The number of bonus cards and which bonus cards are in play will always be done by a random draw backstage so even yours truly will not know until they come up. We still have the ONE FREE BOX bonus card, but now there will also be a DOUBLE POT card, meaning any trip to the matching board will be worth double the dollar value, and the other bonus card is REVEAL "NO MATCH", meaning whichever player goes to the big board will have the NO MATCH card revealed before he begins selecting boxes from the game board. One other significant change is this. Whenever a player goes to the big board and fails to achieve three on a match, the next time they play the big board, they will be given 10 additional points to spend. The base point value remains at 200. On our last show Bryan failed to achieve Three on a Match, so if he goes to the big board again, he will do so with 210 points to spend. Those points will always be capped off at 250. So with all that out of the way, let's continue this current game and again as I mentioned before, since we're changing many of these things mid-stream, all three of you will stick around after this current game concludes to play a fresh game with all these rules in tact as well. Okay Bryan, please repeat back all I just said! No no I jest of course! But as you were the last player to play the matching board, you get to select our first slide of the day, do you want 1, 2 or 3 this time?

Good for $200! (applause) Ordinarily the player in the lead can buy bargain merchandise...or in this case go to the big matching board, but we have a tie. The low scorer gets to decide which of the other two players goes to the matching board. Bryan, as you are the low scorer for this Q&A round, you get to decide who goes to the matching board. Keep in mind if George goes to the board and makes Three on a Match this time, he will win this game and play for up to $25,000. Chris on the other hand has no matches thus far. So Bryan, it's up to you, who gets to go to the big board, George or Chris?

That makes sense to be sure. Chris, just your second time at the big board but let's see if we can't get you a match. And just a reminder, the Jackpot Match... It starts at $750 and grows by $50 every time a player gets Three on a Match and does not win it. You can win the Jackpot Match Jackpot which is currently $900 in one of two ways Chris. One way is if you get an instant match, meaning you achieve Three on a Match in just 3 picks. The other way is if your winning box has the JACKPOT card attached to it. Also, the Reveal No Match Card bonus was in play, so before you select, let's reveal that for you free of charge Chris. It was at 30 on the Green this time. Chris with 200 points, off you go, where to first?

Got a heart there with 180 points left to spend. One thing I want to clarify. The $900 Jackpot can be won if an instant match happens. The definition of an instant match with our game means if your first three picks match. The key word there is "your". Since WE revealed the No Match card courtesy of the bonus, that does not disqualify our players from an Instant Match jackpot. So in spite of the NO MATCH showing Chris, if specifically YOUR next 2 picks both turn up to be hearts you will win the $900. Where to?

Looking for a heart under 40 on the Yellow... And again no...hmm, Chris you have 70 points remaining and here are your options. You could try one more box in the 40 point column, knowing you have a 50/50 chance at a third heart, or you can go to the cheaper columns and try that route instead. Entirely up to you, how do you play it?

For your first match of this game Chris, is there a heart lurking behind 40 on the Red? Yes! (applause) If the JACKPOT card is attached to that Heart at 40 on the Red, you will win $900 Chris, if not, you will win the cash award behind it and the Jackpot will grow to $950... Let's see... Not the Jackpot but $500 isn't too bad! So now it stands George with 2 matches, Chris and Bryan 1 match apiece, now we have a game! Chris this time you get to select our category. Do you want slide 1, 2 or 3 Chris?
