When I was in 6th grade I did not have a cell phone.. Now it seems like every kid I see rather at my job or when I am out and about, I see a kid with a cell phone. And depending on the school district/ teacher you can you a cell phone in class..
Hum.. I will say that is a high number.. I will go with 75 6th graders have a cell phone.
