(ding)Starting with an O there. Shederick, want to try to bring down the house with a $1400 guess or roll again?

(audience cheers as...) (Shederick rolls) Big 11 this time. So you'll have to play more than one number on this roll.

(ding) Completing a word for a P and an L -- and we also get a T. Shederick, danger zone's opened big time. Rolls of 3, 4, 5, 6, and 11 are unlucky. You may guess for $900, roll again, or pass the dice to the champ.

I guess pool tables

(ASB win cue plays; audience applause) That's it -- pool tables. Shederick's on the board now making this a closer game. (chimes; audience cheers) And with this follow-up question, Shederick, you could take the lead. Now this question is worth $750 and always has two possible answers. Pick the right answer and you'll be in the lead. But if you choose the wrong answer, you'll obviously leave the right answer for Mark, who'll automatically vault further into the lead. So, Shederick, for $750... On a pool table, is the 2 ball among the solids or the stripes?

Balls numbered 1 through 7 are considered solid when playing 8-Ball -- meaning 9 through 15 are striped. Shederick, you're leading. (audience cheers) (tacky buzzer)And that noise means we're at intermission in our game. Shederick just took the lead 1650 to 1200. But anything can happen in Round 2 -- where puzzles start at $2000 -- and we have a $1000 follow-up question. Find out who wins this game -- when you come back to the dice table. (commercial cue plays; audience applauds)

(ASB cue plays; audience applauds) Welcome back. Time to start Round 2 of Lucky Numbers. Shederick just took the lead at the halftime break -- but Mark knows anything can happen in Round 2. We start the puzzles at $2000. We have a follow-up question for $1000. The next time we hear this noise -- (tacky buzzer) -- that means the game is over. Leading player wins the game and goes on to the main event. Mark, since you're trailing, you get first dibs at this next puzzle. (chime sfx)And -- another ten-letter puzzle. Mark, please roll away. (audience cheers as...) (Mark rolls)Speaking of 10, that's the first combination the champ rolls in this round. How do you play the 10, Mark?

(ding)And you're revealing with those numbers an H, E, and N. Mark, the danger zone's already open. A roll of a 2 is unlucky. You may guess for $1700, roll again, or pass the dice to Shederick.

(ding) A T and an O to complete *the* word at the top. Kourtney, more unlucky rolls -- 2, 3, 5, 7, and 11. Take a guess for $1500, roll again, or pass to Shederick?

Sorry, Mark. Kourtney Goode, a production assistant from one of my old shows is in the front row. Must've slipped. (scattered laughter from crowd) Senior moment! Go ahead and roll, please, Mark. (audience cheers as...) (Mark rolls) There's a 9. And since 9 is the only odd number left, 9 is your only play. (ding) And it's an E. Mark, let's now focus on the playable rolls. Rolls of 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 work. Any even combination that's not snake eyes will work. Otherwise, the roll is unlucky. Take a guess for $1400, roll again, or pass to Shederick?

(buzz)It fits -- but that's not the right solution. Shederick, this means you get a chance. Now, automatically, the highest remaining number of 10 is revealed. (ding) And it's another O. Shederick, the rolls of 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 are still playable. Otherwise, the roll is unlucky. Take a guess for $1300, roll, or pass back to Mark?
