You're not allowed to apply a foreign substance to a ball. Whatever he had on his arm, it was in plain sight in the cameras and even the umpire noticed it right away. He's been suspended eight games for it.

He's been suspended eight games for it. Kevin, what scares me more to death is that the pitcher was complaining during the ejection. I was thinking it was like he thought it was like resin, but now what worries me, was it pine tar?

Well, it happened again, this time to Brian Matusz of the Orioles. Either the pitchers are getting dumber or the umpires are getting more observant.

Well, it happened again, this time to Brian Matusz of the Orioles. Either the pitchers are getting dumber or the umpires are getting more observant.  IT IS WORSE THAN I THOUGHT! The pitcher that Kevin was talking about got suspended eight games! AND WORSE, HE IS APPEALING IT!
