Welcome back to The Sports Challengers.  We're ready for our first category round, and this is a great opportunity to remind you that every one of you will keep your winnings and deposit it in an account courtesy of Citibank.  Now let's take a look at our first six categories:

You'll be given a choice of three subjects and each of you will choose the one you want to answer.  if only one of you picks a subject, you get to answer that question by yourself for the money.  If two of you choose one, it will be a buzz-in for the answer and money.  If all three of you choose one subject, things will get REALLY loud in here and the money will double in value.  If there is a buzz-in winner of that question, they will have the choice to answer the other subjects on the board for even more cash.
