Scrabble rule change regarding a missed deadline during the Crossword Round:
If a player misses a deadline and they have either one or two
unplayed letters, control goes back to the other player.
Since it might be possible that either one or both letters
might be stoppers, the other player will have the option to either
keep one or both letters, or to refuse one or both letters and redraw.
If the other player requests a redraw, the one or two unplayed letters
will be put back into the mix and then that player will get to redraw either
1 or 2 tiles, whichever applies.
As such, all remaining letters controlled by the tiles will be reshuffled before tiles are redrawn.
