Immanuel, we start with you.  I reach into the top-left hole and pull out the slip.

Well, only one way to find out I suppose. Let me reach into the hole that Kourtney punched out and grab his slip.

Will Immanuel retain the lead or does Kourtney take it over?

Well, neither technically, as we now have a tie for first place! Maybe we're headed for a four-way Punch-Off!

No, we do not. What this means though is that Immanuel and Kourtney are now two of the finalists and it comes down to the Battle of the Bills for that last spot!

Mr. McDee, you punched out that bottom-right corner hole and all you need is $500 or better to remain in this game. If I may ask, what was the motivation behind punching out that particular hole and also how are you feeling about the position you're currently in?

I used to play first base and that hole is in such a position where it would be similar to 1st base on the baseball diamond.

Also I know Punch-A-Bunch has been notorious at times putting big awards in those corner spots.

I feel great regardless of how well I do as I'm enjoying watching and participating in this experiment/experience.

Here it is in all its glory and only a couple of years shy of its 50th birthday - the famous Big Wheel!

Literally thousands of people have spun this wheel over decades past and these three are about to do it as well!

Immanuel, you tied with Kourtney for the highest punch on the Punchboard, but since you were closest in both the Qualifier and the First Showcase, we've given you the nod as top winner on the show, so you'll spin last, Kourtney spins second and Bill Skinner will start us off here in a moment.

Keep in mind that our version of the Big Wheel works a bit differently than on The Price is Right. We need two of you to advance to the Showcase, so nobody will be going over one dollar here. As usual, you can have as many as two spins, but here, if you spin again, you aren't adding to your first spin, you're replacing that first spin with whatever the wheel stops on in your second spin.

Also remember that it's not just the closest to one dollar that goes to the Showcase, but the two closest scores are the ones that advance. We also have the regular bonuses in effect, so exactly one dollar is worth $1,000 and a bonus spin for as much as $25,000 more!

Mr. Skinner, unless you have a question, be my guest sir and have at it!

Immanuel, being the Top Winner and spinning last has certainly paid off this time since you are in a no-lose situation at the moment. The absolute worst-case for you right now would be to wind up in a spin-off with Bill, but you'd have to repeat back-to-back nickels as he did for that to happen. Give it a Min, Med or Max twist please sir.

First, let me thank Mr. Skinner for playing! Those were two incredibly unlucky spins you had Bill, but that's how the Big Wheel goes sometimes! Kourtney, I'm sure you thought that ninety cents would hold up as a winner, but Immanuel had other ideas. You will be our runner-up in the Showcase.

Immanuel, you've won it with ninety-five cents and you'll have the Bid or Pass advantage in our Showcase, which is coming up next!

Other than the impromptu playing of Punch-A-Bunch which would not happen on the show itself (the game might be played if the wheel stops on it, but playing it as we did wouldn't happen), I'd appreciate feedback from anyone who would like to give it. Did you like this format? Anything you didn't like? Any changes that I should make before I turn this into a show in late September?
