It's 1987! Wheel of Fortune just started the Big Month of Cash, Blockbusters just debuted on another network, and Bob Barker decided to let his hair go gray in a monumental decision! It's the perfect year for another episode of Price: Seasons, and the beginning of my favorite era of Price.
With a couple of technical and minor graphical changes that came in 1987, I need 9 players who's ready to come on down and win some big and extravagant prizes! Who wants in?

(And in literally the first like 2 seconds of the episode, is that Ted Slauson from the Price documentary in the audience?)

Also a tidbit of trivia, Pathfinder is the last pricing game that debuted while Bob was still dying his hair dark.
Added trivia tidbit, Jim Perry of "Card Sharks" and "$ale of the Century" fame actually had greyish/white hair but dyed it too.

Added trivia tidbit, Jim Perry of "Card Sharks" and "$ale of the Century" fame actually had greyish/white hair but dyed it too. And Credit Card is the first pricing game to debut after Bob's hair went white. Also, Tom Kennedy (who hosted the 1985-86 syndicated version of TPIR, Body Language and Break the Bank) had white hair before dying it in later years. That being said, I want back in to this show! |
