So what I have decided upon is the following.
If a player's roulette pick matches the color (red or black), in addition to $100 being won, they will now automatically receive control over the next card.
The same is true if the wheel lands on either green section. In addition to winning $500, control of the next card is automatic.
Lastly, if a player guesses the exact number, they win $1,000, and not only do they win control of the next card, but the next card will be revealed to them ahead of time! Of course if it's the first card of a game, that won't matter, but if it's later on in the game, it very well may.
In the event the player selects the wrong color, only then will the come out roll number be revealed. If it is a 7 or 11, the player wins control of the card automatically. If they select one of the four cards marked "CRAPS", they will lose control of the card. Any other number they will have to still predict correctly PASS or DON'T PASS in order to earn the next card.
