Sad news... The stage set at The Burbank Studios is under construction until episode 52.
The good news, however, is that we have a set ready and will be announced once season 2 finally begins tomorrow at 11:00am EDT.

I know that you're watching NBC, but I have some serious news to announce. Inside The Burbank Studios, the entire staff are under construction and had to work overtime fixing the whole set. The good news is that the guys at the Bob Barker Studios had visited the Warner Bros. lot and brought the old set of Match Game after its cancellation. Now that everything is all fixed up, you're just in time to see a new temporary set as we celebrate a turnabout episode of the Match Game/Hollywood Squares Hour. I hope you'll enjoy the show... Same here. Kudos to Dennis and Dustin for designing them. We're here at the famed Bob Barker Studio here at Television City Studios since our original set over in Burbank is still under construction. It will be fixed in our next episode. Not only we're now in our second season starting with episode 51, we're here for a special Turnabout episode. I will be hosting the Match Game portion...

I feel the same way, Bill. Honestly, this setting that was once used at Warner Bros. Studios looks so fantastic. No wonder the guys here at the other network had payed big bucks for our new producer Evelyn Warfel. Please give it up for Evelyn, everyone... (cheers and applause)OK... that's enough. I have to say that The Bob Barker Studio has a great amount of history when it comes to game shows like "The Price is Right", "Family Feud", "Wheel of Fortune", and "Card Sharks". Since it's the final year of shows here at Television City Studios, I'm gonna miss that place. |
