(ding...ding)
Nope, a pair of threes, neither a diamond. No luck there Nels, try again please.

11 and 15 gives us
(ding...ding)
a Jack and a Joker! That's the second hand in a row that you've found a Joker. Well done!
(ding)
You can't use the Jack though, but you have 20 up there now. Your next two numbers please Nels.

Numbers 5 and 19 are
(ding...ding)
the Jack of Diamonds and 4 of Clubs! Great timing there Nels as you were going to have to take one of these cards since you are down to your last two numbers for this hand.
(ding)
The good news is you're up to a score of 30 already with two cards yet to draw, but the bad news is you're at risk of busting here because regardless what those two remaining cards are, you must take them to complete your hand. If they are both diamonds and add up to more than eleven, you're busted. Ideally, you want two diamonds that total exactly eleven as that would end the round without Immanuel even getting to draw a single card because you'd have 41!
So choose wisely and don't bust here Nels - what are your last two choices for this hand?

Let's hope we find some more diamonds here. 3 and 4 are
(ding...ding)
a diamond and a spade! Well done Nels! - (audience applauds) -
(ding)
So Nels that completes your hand with a score of 32 and in Round 2 we pay ten bucks a point which gives you three hundred twenty dollars for that hand and an overall total of
(ding)
four hundred twenty-five dollars with another grand coming your way if you win this hand! - (audience applauds) -
Immanuel, because Nels has a Joker card, to beat him you would also need a score of 32 with a Joker card and either a Queen or King as the next high card or of course any score of 33 to 41 would beat him as well. Let's see if you can pick a pair here to start Immanuel, good luck sir!

We're hoping for our first pair to start off which would allow you to build your hand from both suits! Do we have a pair?
(ding...ding)
No, but we have a King which might come in handy down the line here if you also end up with a 32. I'm going to assume you want that King Immanuel, you can tell me otherwise, but go ahead and give us your next two selections please.

What do we find behind 13 and 17?
(ding...ding)
- (audience gasps) - Oh my...we find two cards that Nels would have loved to have! You want clubs though, so these are no good to you.
Your next selections please Immanuel.

Those two numbers give us
(ding...ding)
the 7 of Clubs and King of Diamonds!! Oh man, you've found all the cards that would've won the hand for Nels! Would you like that 7 Immanuel?

Okay, you are a 9, 10, Face Card or Joker away from winning the hand and taking a 2-0 lead in the match! What are your next selections, Immanuel?

Cards 18 and 6 are
(ding...ding)
another card Nels could have used and one you definitely can use!
So, an interesting scenario here Immanuel - you can take both of these cards to win the hand right now or you can take the Queen only and play on to try and find other cards like the 6 of Clubs which would bring you to a perfect 41 which is worth a $4,100 bonus. Keep in mind though that if you get down to those last two cards drawn and they were both high Clubs, it could bust you in that case since you'd be forced to take one of them. What would you like to do?

Their yours and a score of 35 means Immanuel wins the second hand! - (audience applauds) - So ten dollars a point is three hundred fifty added to your previous six fifty gives you an even grand, but you get another grand this time around for high hand, for a total of
(ding ding ding ding ding ding ding ding)
Two thousand dollars! - (audience cheers)
Being the curious type that I am though, let's see if there was a 41 on the board for you Immanuel. Card number 8 was
(ding)
Oof - Nels had a 41 up there, that's for sure. Let's see number 26 please.
(ding)
Another Ace. How about 27?
(ding)
Another diamond! And 28 was?
(ding)
The 6 of Hearts.
- (theme begins with audience applause) - Immanuel has a firm grip on this match now up two hands to nothing. Can Nels get back into it or is Immanuel about to put him on the brink of elimination by winning three in a row? We'll figure that out when we get our third hand underway - after these words! More of the premiere of 41 coming up next! - (continued music and applause; fade out)

- (fade in with theme and applause) -
Welcome back to 41 where it's the Immanuel Tims Show so far. He leads it two hands to none over Nels Snesrud so the question is will Immanuel run away with it or is Nels about to start his comeback? Let's begin the third hand and find that out! This hand pays fifteen dollars a point and fifteen hundred for winning the hand.
(ding)
Immanuel, you get first try at the 7-letter word this time if you think you know it that is, otherwise you can pass to Nels.
