It's a rabbit.
Shederick, what do you think? Are you gonna stick with the 6 or abandon it for one of those other numbers from the first guess? 2 points if you guess it this time.

I'm gonna let you think that one over before I accept it, Shederick. Look at the information given on that last guess -- the red 2 on the right means that only 2 of those 4 white numbers were in the puzzle. This means 2 of them are NOT in the puzzle, but on this guess, you've used the same 5 numbers from the previous guess. If you are doing that on purpose just to help try and figure it out, that's fine, but 49362 is definitely not the right answer, so I wanted to let you change that if you want.
So let me know -- go with 49362 or if you want, give me a different guess.

We are going to find out once and for all now -- was there a 6 in that puzzle? 7-4-3-6-2, is that right? - (bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz) (audience ahhhhs) - Nope, there's no six. Let's find out where we stand now, shall we?
(ding)
Oh dear, things are getting worse not better and still, just the 3 in the right spot -- that is almost hard to believe! So we have learned that back on that first guess, it was not the 6 that was the one other number that was in the puzzle, it was either the 1, the 7 or the 5. We also now know that:
- The puzzle contains two of these numbers: 8, 9 and 0 (from the information obtained from the second guess)
- The puzzle contains two of these numbers: 2, 4 and 9 (from the information obtained from the third guess)
- The puzzle contains one of these numbers: 2, 4 and 7 (from the information obtained from the fourth guess)
One last crack at this puzzle and one last question in this round in the category of Science.
What is the hottest planet in our solar system?
Buzzcodes: Raymond (36), Shederick (17), Random.org (34)
Raymond buzzes in.

No, it's Venus since its thick atmosphere traps heat creating a runaway greenhouse effect making it the hottest planet in our solar system with temperatures in excess of 460 degrees celsius.
Shederick, you have one last go at it with this puzzle. We know the 6 isn't in it, so decide if it's the 1, 7 or 5 from that first guess and then look over the second and third guesses specifically as each of those had 2 numbers in the wrong spot.
With 1 point and $100 on the line, what's your final guess for this first round Shederick?

Well, that guess does seem to fit the criteria based on the previous guesses - 1 from the first guess, 8 and 9 from the second guess, 2 and 9 from the third guess and 2 from the fourth guess. For a 1-0 lead for Shederick, is that right?
(bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz TPIR Losing Horns) - No, apparently not I'm afraid Shederick - let's see how close you got.
Well, at least another one is in the right position now. Let's find out, what was the solution please?
(ding)
Oh, it was the 5 that was right from the first guess and that was never used again in any other guess, so that's mainly where we went wrong.
(theme plays to audience clapping)
Well, after one round in the books, we have a no-hitter going here folks! - (audience chuckles) - That's okay though as our players are just getting warmed up and in our next round, the points and money are doubled, so we'll load up our 10-point puzzle and start the second round when Master Mind returns after these messages! - (fade to commercials)

(fade in to theme and applause)
We are back for more Master Mind where our players are warmed up now and hopefully one of them will grab the lead here in the second round where the points and cash are doubled.
Shederick, you start us off this time please, which category would you like?

(Raymond, I don't know what the problem is, but I've seen you logged on and participating in other shows in the past 48 hours. Anyway, you lose your turn)
Shederick, a guess if you would please sir.

For 10 points and two grand, is that right? - (bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz) - Ok, light up our first row indicators please.
(ding)
Okay, a better start this time even without one in the right spot - we know three of those five are in the puzzle in different positions.
Raymond, choose a category please.

That's it!
Okay, there's 8 points and $1,600 up for grabs here if you can figure this one out right now. 3 of those 5 numbers are in the puzzle but in different spots. You also need to include two numbers from the group of 1, 4, 6, 8 and 9 in this guess since two of those numbers are in it somewhere as well.
Think it over for a bit and then lay it on us please Shederick!

Eight-three-four-zero-five -- has Shederick solved it? - (bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz) - Not yet, so let's see where we stand now.
(ding)
Okay, so this puzzle ends with a 5 just like the last one, but we've gone from 3 numbers in the puzzle to 2, which means either the 2 or the 7 or possible both belong in the puzzle because maybe the 3 or the zero or both don't belong. You put an 8 and a 4 in this guess and one of those could be in it or both might not be. Lots of possibilities to ponder.
For now though, let's ponder over the next category and it's your choice this time please Shederick.

Michael Jordan scored just 16 points in his first NBA game back in 1984. Is that true or false?
