Happy New Year, everybody! And what better way to start it off than with the first official show of the short-lived Family Feud Challenge era! The changes are as follows:
During the intro, only the family names are mentioned. Also, two sample questions are now asked during both family intros.
The champions and challengers are now identified before the second game begins.
The first game starts off with a base of $2,500, with the bank increasing by that amount for each Bullseye hit for a total of $10,000. In the second game, the base and Bullseye hits increase to $5,000, making a possible jackpot of $20,000.
Bullseye is now played at the beginning of both games. It will be conducted at the face-off podium, with three pairs attempting to add money to their respective team's bank.
As of this episode, points scored in the main game are no longer converted to dollars; however, a successful steal will also add points from the stolen answer to the winner's total.
Rounds in the first game are Bullseye/Single/Single/Double/Triple, with only the Double and Triple rounds in the same segment. For the second game, they are Bullseye/Single/Double/Triple, and again, Double and Triple are in the same segment.

It has come to my attention that Clara hasn't signed in for a while, so she may have to be replaced as well. If either she signs in or we get someone else to replace her, the show will start, and that should buy us plenty of time to replace James in the second game. Just a thought...

Actually, you're already signed in as the leader of the third team, but if Clara doesn't sign in by midnight (and chances are, she won't), then her open spot is yours if you want it, because I just want to get on with the show right now.

I'm getting tired of waiting, so I'll tell you what: Since Clara is not going to be here, Justin is going to fill in for her on the Kolsens' team, and then, I'll need one player from the losing team in the first game to take James' spot on the Rheas' team. Sound good, everyone?
