Only one way to find out...
Hmm, yes! Your memory's serving you well here! That ping pong table goes on your side.
And after we give you the next two squares, you are free to make another guess.

Is it THAT SEVENTIES SHOW?
*bell sequence*
Yes, it is! Well done! We accepted the phonetic equivalent, since the title is That '70s Show. Bill, how'd you do it this time?

Well I knew the top line was "THAT" with the T plus the hat...
The second line I didn't get until after the last 2 pieces were revealed, for 70s
What tipped me off was seeing the face and I could tell it was saying "SHHH", and then the "O" for Show, so I was able to piece it together once I saw that.

Yeah, we had something similar with a bunch of X's as part of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. We're a creative sort here on Concentration. Also, you didn't need to know "Shhh!" was in that voice balloon. Silence is golden. It got you all this. Debra!
Debra: A ping pong table! Get into the game indoors or out with this Prince Odyssey weather-resistant ping pong table. Its thick aluminum table top also has locking swivel wheels for easy maneuvering. It also comes with an all-weather net, post set, paddles for four and 40 ping pong balls.
A drone! From Autel Robotics, EVO Nano+ quadcopter is a compact drone that will provide tons of aviation fun. It captures the most light possible with cinematic flight modes and movie-editing features for your smartphone or iPhone. It also comes with a remote control for safe, easy maneuvering.
A corn dog fryer! The Comstock Castle CDFL-C-1 has everything you need to fry delicious corn dogs at your next party or street festival. It has up to 60-pounds of fat capacity, allowing you to cook dozens of corn dogs at a time. Operates on gas with a pilot light, and its fry tank, exterior and legs are made of stainless steel.
And, finally, a new living room! Enjoy the ultimate in comfort from Raymour & Flanagan's Colvin three-piece living room set. The sofa, loveseat and recliner are each made of beautiful brown leather and adorned with clean lines and attractive top-stitching. They each come with power-reclining seats, perfect after a long day at work. Each piece also has a USB charging port, conveniently for all your personal electronic devices.
Those prizes totaling $12,057 combined with the $97,473 you won previously gives you a grand total of $109,530! Congratulations!
Me: You've hit that magic milestone, Bill. Six figures! It'd take you a while to reach seven, and you'd have to keep winning games to do that. Kourtney, that was loss number two, so you have to say goodbye. Care to share a few parting words?

I ran into a buzz saw today. Bill is definitely a good player and knows his puzzles. I had fun today and hopefully I will challenge again soon. Break the bank, Bill!

Thank you very much Kourtney! And thank you Kevin and Concentration! My obsession with this game as a child is paying off more than I could have ever dreamed!

Thank you, Kourtney. That does explain what you went through. We have some fine gifts awaiting you backstage.
Game number two is coming up after these words!

Bill's ready for yet another game. Before we play, here's who he's playing this time.
A gentleman by the name of Immanuel Tims. Immanuel, good to see you!

Everything's always new, that's the beauty of life.
I've just finished half of my senior year, about to start a new podcast series hopefully very soon, and we've started the process of decorating the house for Christmas!

Very nice. I just finished yesterday, and my shopping's all done with, too. Hoping you and Bill have a Merry Christmas this year. You could make it one with our featured prize. Debra?
Debra: A pair of diamond watches! From Movado, watches for him and her made from stainless steel. Each features diamond hour markers with the women's watch having its face surrounded by diamonds. They also open with a push-button clasp and Swiss quartz movement. Yours from Kay Jewlers: every kiss begins with Kay: $2,700!
Me: Sure to make any holiday nice for you and that someone special.
Got a cash jackpot up there that went up by $500 because it was not won last time. Bill, are you going first or second?

The birthday boy is going first, and I of course must start by taking number 12 and 19.

|
|
Post by koopakid17 on Dec 19, 2022 8:34:34 GMT -5
Here goes, starting with 12...
*dingdingding*
Looks like the board knows whose birthday it is! Next match is yours, and that's what we'll discover behind 19...
Possible kayak for the birthday boy! It'll be a good one should you win that.
You also get a little extra help. The kayak's natural match was behind...
26. If that number has any significance to your birthday, I'd like to hear it. For now, let me know if you have a guess with what's there on the board...

Well 26 is the age I WISH I was (chuckling)
No guess...
I'll do the numbers of the time of my birth next, 7 and 22 please.

That's one thing that connects you with Alex Trebek: his birthday and the time you were born. Starting with 7...
Cash jackpot. Now to see what's under 22...
Chess set. No match this time. Those squares go back.
Immanuel, pick a number.

#5...
Oh my... Can you match that?

Post by babytims on Dec 19, 2022 13:22:30 GMT -5
Ah...unless the board operators are fooling us, it was under number 22

I don't believe they are...
*dingdingding*
Yup, there it is! That puts you in the game as well!
Little early to tell if you'll give Bill a run for his money, but we'll still allow one guess at the puzzle. Take a look.

Cash jackpot. Two great prizes, but no match.
Bill, where to?

Immanuel gets to try again.
