Coming soon from yours truly... Still in the early development phase, this version of Jeopardy! will be somewhat similar to the Jeopardy '78 edition in that there will be a Bonus Game for the day's winner. I tested it out once, made some revisions to the game to add more "jeopardies" to it, and will be doing a beta-test for it later today if all goes according to plan. Jeopardy One On One is named so for various reasons, not the least of which is to differentiate between it and any other Jeopardy games currently being hosted on the boards. The first round of play will still be the Jeopardy round, but with 2 new challengers facing off against one another, one on one. Only 5 categories per board, with dollar amounts from $25 to $125 and one Daily Double hidden somewhere. The round will end when the bell rings. That moment will be determined by random.org. Both players will keep any cash they win but the high scorer will take on the reigning champion, One on One, in the Double Jeopardy Round. At the start of Double Jeopardy, both players scores will start at $0. Two Daily Double cards in play, and the clue values are doubled from $50 to $250. The player with the high score at the end of Double Jeopardy will advance to the Bonus Jeopardy round, where the one on one will be the day's winner going up against the big board solo. I'd like to hear your thoughts and comments about this concept. And no, your thoughts and comments need NOT be phrased in the form of a question. Appreciatively, Bill
