William has $123, Matt is at $95, and in the lead is Nels at $221, but players, this is where we are going to turn up the heat, because it is time to play our all-new Semifinal Round called the "Flash Ca$h" round!

Players, welcome to the "Flash Ca$h" round, where the scores are going to change so fast, that you didn't even see it coming. Now, just like in "Fast Money" in Round 2, this will be done in 2 parts, but this time, we're going to go a whole lot faster, and the stakes are even higher.

In fact, the stakes are so high, that in this Semifinal Round alone, there is a total of $900 up for grabs!

And in this first part, the Auction Round, someone could win up to $500, but that is if, and only if, they have the nerve and guts to wager big, and here's how it works.

In this first part of the Semifinal round, you're all going to be tested on judging statements. I'm going to show you a keyword, and then in a moment, I'm going to ask all 3 of you to PM me your wager from $0 to $50, along with a buzzcode from 1 to 100, and the wager MUST be in $10 increments, and you're going to see why in a moment.

Whoever has the highest wager will get the exclusive opportunity to answer. Once the statement is posted, which always has the keyword in that statement in some way, you will have 18 hours to answer, and the answer will either be True or False.

Now, if you get it right, and the amount of the wager will be added to your account, but of course, if you get it wrong, the wager will be deducted from your score.

However! However...here's where it gets REALLY interesting. If two or more players are tied for the highest wager, then the statement will be played as a Toss-Up, and as you know by now, the one who's nearest to the magic number will get to answer. Now, if you buzz in and get it right, instead of adding the wager to your score, you will actually get to STEAL the wager away from your opponent!

So, if it's a 2-player Toss-Up, then the player with the correct answer will get to steal the entire amount from their opponent, and if it's a 3-player Toss-Up, then the amount of the wager will be split from the 2 opponents. For example, if the highest wager is $40 between all 3 players, then the one who gave the correct answer will get to steal $20 from both opponents. That's why the wager must be in $10 increments.

Of course, you should beware with caution, because in a Toss-Up, if you buzz in and get it wrong, not only will the wager be deducted from your account, but your opponent(s) will get to steal that money and will be added to their own bank.

This will proceed for 10 questions, but if at any time a player has less than $10 in their account, that player is out for the rest of the round.

And one last thing before we begin, and it's the most important one of all: At the end of this round, the player with the lowest score WILL be eliminated from the game. Also, if at anytime a player has $0 in the account or worse, the Semifinal Round ends right then and there, and that player is automatically eliminated from the game.

Now that you know about the risks and rewards, let's proceed as we play our first part of the Semifinal, the Auction Round!
