DK: This time, Matt goes for Red, while William and Nels go for Black. Liza, hit it! (Liza spins the Wheel and then rolls the ball in the opposite direction) Liza: Black, 6. DK: Black it is, and hold on! That's Matt's Lucky Number! (Audience Cheers and Applause)Matt, since the ball landed on your Lucky Number, that means that you have just won this! Peter: It's a charming grandfather clock.(Audience Applause)This Howard Miller grandfather clock makes a lovely addition to any living room, and includes a smudge-free glass cover, a crystal-clear clock face, swinging gold pendulum and a durable wood frame finished in fine polished oak. This prize is worth $4,750!(Audience Applause)DK: Well done, Matt. That clock is yours to keep, no matter what happens, and William and Nels will take the next question since the ball landed on a Black number. Step right up. Now, imagine yourself that you are in the city of Venice, Italy. You have finally gathered the courage to take a gondola ride through the famed canals. Now here is where it gets tricky. If you went back in time to 1987, would it be a bargain if your gondolier accepted this much money PER HOUR? 1987 GONDOLA RIDE
$25?William and Nels, PM me your buzzcode, along with your answer now. You have until 8:30 PM on October 30, 2021.

William: 18 Nels: 44 Magic #: 65 (Nels Rings In!)DK: Nels. Nels: Pass. Don't know it.(Buzzer)DK: Nels, it was either "Yes" or "No", so you had a 50-50 shot of getting it right. And since you decided to pass, that means that you have just given William his second check-mark. SCORES: WILLIAM: MATT: NONE NELS: NONE (Audience Applause)By the way, in 1987, the gondolier would consider $25 per hour as a Bargain for going on a gondola ride in Venice. At the time, it was $40 per hour. Matt and Nels, William now has 2 check marks. If he gets one more, he'll win the first Bargain Roulette game. Now all calls here are very crucial. Everyone's back in play. William, Matt, Nels. Choose Red or Black now.

DK: William and Matt are going for Red, while Nels goes for Black. Liza, spin the Wheel and roll that ball! (Liza spins the Wheel and then rolls the ball in the opposite direction) Liza: Red, 19. DK: It's Red, so William and Matt are taking the next question. Matt, a word of warning: If William gets this, it's a Clean Sweep, and he'll take the first game of Bargain Roulette. This is your chance to stop him. So let's say that you want to keep your old car, but you don't have a place to park it. Therefore, you have the option to crush it, like this one from the Disney Movie The Brave Little Toaster. Let's hope you don't meet his partner in crime, The Magnet. If you do have the guts to crush your car, would it be a bargain if you did it for... CAR CRUSHER

(Fame Game Time!)Ah, and that sound means that either that pizza delivery girl from the State Farm commercial is here to give me free pizza, or it's time for the world-famous Fame Game. Yeah, I think it's the latter. Right, players! We're about to play the Fame Game, and here's how it works. I'm going to read a series of clues, and I'll posting a list of clues over a period of time that will help you identify a famous person, place, or thing. There are no buzzcodes on this one, and it's on a first-come, first-served basis. Also, only one guess is allowed, and if you make any type of editing whatsoever, you will be disqualified. Now, whoever gets it right will have control at the Fame Game board. With all that said, we're looking for a famous Person, so... WHO AM I? 1. I was born on December in 1901 and died on that same month in 1966. 2. I joined the Red Cross in 1918 and was sent to France for a year to drive an ambulance to help with the war effort. 3. I attended McKinley High School in Chicago, where I took drawing and photography classes and became a contributing cartoonist for the school paper. 4. At night, I took courses at the Art Institute of Chicago. Buzz in now if you think you know it. If no one buzzes in by 9:00 PM Eastern Time on November 5th, 2021, I'll post more clues.

An innovative animator, winning 22 Academy Awards in his lifetime, the founder of theme parks Disneyland and Walt Disney World, and of course, created the cartoon character Mickey Mouse, Walt Disney is correct! (Audience Applause)Nels, here is our newly improved Fame Game board. There are 9 numbers in all, and behind each number, we have cash, prizes, surprises and of course, Money Cards. For this series, we have more Money Cards than any other version of $ale in the world, and we even bought some goodies from the Aussie version of Temptation. But we have also added some original goodies on our board as well. For instance, for this round we have the "Instant BUMP", and I'll tell you more about that should you hit it here. Also, we are starting off with a $5 Money Card and a $10 Money Card. But for now, Nels, pick a number, and let's see what you come up with.

Peter: And behind #9, we have...
the Instant "BUMP".DK: OK, so you've found the special card for this round, the Instant BUMP, which means that in our third round, which features the "Instant Fortune" game, the Jackpot, which starts out at $50,000, has been increased by $10,000, which means that the Jackpot is now "bumped" up to $60,000! (Audience Cheers and Applause)And we'll see that new game later on in Round 3, but right now, the first round is over, and the scores are as follows: William is at $58, Matt at $25, and Nels at $60. A very close game between William and Nels, but Matt is very much still in this game, especially when we are going to raise the stakes in Round 2, and that's coming up right after this! Also, we got some goodies coming up in this round, and LOTS of prizes up for grabs, so let's get right to it! How many flavors of ice cream does Baskin-Robbins serve at any given time?Magic #: 63 (Nels' Ring-In Code: 57)Nels. Nels: 31. James: Indeed, mate! DK: They are going to be here with us to model the prizes, along with many others for our series. Now players, you have seen 10 wonderful prizes. 8 of them are bargains, but the remaining 2 are not. Those are the 'Traps', hence the name of this next game, Bargain Trap. Your job is to avoid those Bargain Traps, the prices of the prizes that are actually priced higher than the actual retail price. Now, in order to pick any one prize that you want, you must predict correctly on whether the ball on the Roulette Wheel will land on either an Odd Number or an Even Number. Making a correct prediction from the Roulette Wheel will give you a chance to participate on picking one of the prizes. Now, if pick a prize that is a Bargain, you're safe, and you'll have that prize in your bank. However, if pick a prize that is a Trap, you're knocked out of the running, and you'll lose all of the prizes that you've accumulated in your bank. So to make a long story short, avoid the Bargain Traps at all costs. The last player standing wins the prizes that you've picked from your bank, and you'll get an additional $25 added on to your account. Matt, you are in last place, so this will certainly help you get right back in the thick of things. OK, with all of that said, let's have some fun! First of all, I need your predictions right now. Odd or Even?
