Below is my original message from February 14th.
I have added a poll and would appreciate everyone's feedback.
I have grown bored of the standard fare of Q&A on Gambit and I want to use a different device to determine control of the giant cards that our players try to win to form their Blackjack hands.
One idea is to use Scrabble words and clues.
Another is predicting outcomes of dice rolls (higher or lower).
What I'm envisioning is 2 sets of dice that are rolled by using random.org. The first pair of dice will determine the base number. The contestant wants to predict if the other pair of dice are higher or lower than the number on the first pair.
There are a couple of twists to this idea however, the first being if the first pair of dice total 7, the contestant automatically wins control of the next card. Another twist is if the first pair of dice are a 1-1 (total of 2) or a 6-6 (total of 12) that too is an instant win for the next card. A tie would also equal a win.
Another option in lieu of the above, is for me to keep rolling until the first pair of dice total 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 or 11 and the second pair's total is definitely higher or lower than the first pair.
Another option is for separate Blackjack hands to be played to determine who gets control of the next card from the larger deck. I am not in favor of this at all.
Between helping my son with school, his bowling, housework, working 40 hours a week, other obligations, plus doing research for Jeopardy! for another host on this site, the standard fair of questions and answers is growing a bit more tedious, cumbersome, and quite frankly boring for me.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated. I hope to get the next episode of Gambit P.M. started by the first Saturday in March.

(original message from Feb 14th):
When Gambit P.M. continues, Matt Ringgenberg will be going for his second win.
Michael Clifford will be Matt's challenger.
It's been a hectic couple of weeks for my family and me. I've been sick all week so I've been limited with stuff I've been able and willing to do of late.
I need to work on more prize art and prize copy for this game and for Three on a Match.
I also need to create many more questions for both shows.
Once I get that underway and have enough material, we'll start episode #9 of Gambit P.M..
Thank you,
Bill
