Originally I was going to get married next month, but that may change now as the man I was supposed to marry has tested positive for COVID-19.
Luckily, I have tested NEGATIVE.
I do not know how long it will take for him to recover, but until he does, all wedding plans are "crashed."

So genuinely sorry and disappointed for you both April.
All I can say is the best things in life are worth waiting for. The wedding will happen, just a temporary setback is all.
And thankfully you tested negative so that's a huge relief too.
