If that was a guess, then it's a good guess, because None of the Above is correct! Mr. Jones Darling All of the Above None of the Above(Audience Applause)William, that guess has earned you another $500 for you and the right to discard 1 card from your hand and put it in the bottom of the deck. CARDS TOTAL:
SHEDERICK: 8 WILLIAM: 3Shederick, you have 8 cards while William has 3, and this is your last chance to discard one of those cards, so you need to buzz-in quick. Here's the next-to-last question. John Quincy Adams Rutherford B. Hayes All of the Above None of the Above

This time, All of the Above is right! John Quincy Adams Rutherford B. Hayes All of the Above None of the Above(Audience Applause)John Quincy Adams was an American statesman, diplomat, lawyer, and diarist who served as the sixth president of the United States, from 1825 to 1829. He previously served as the eighth United States Secretary of State from 1817 to 1825. Rutherford Birchard Hayes was an American politician and attorney who served as the 19th president of the United States from 1877 to 1881, after serving in the U.S. House of Representatives and as governor of Ohio. William, you've earned the last $500 and the right to discard 1 last card from your hand and put it in the bottom of the deck. And at the end of the Headstart portion of the round, we see that... CARDS TOTAL:
SHEDERICK: 8 WILLIAM: 2Shederick has 8 cards, but William has done very well and only has 2 cards. That also means that Shederick picks up $500, while William racks up $2500, and with 10 cards out in the open, there are now... SHEDERICK <-----> WILLIAM
998 <-----> 505
$60,799 <-----> $13,350 DRAW PILE: 101
LAST CARD PLAYED: [-----] 101 cards left in the deck. We got still got a lot of special cards that can change the game around at a moment's notice, but with strategy, knowledge and luck, you could win this round AND the game! For our 50th Anniversary of Uno, we now have these 2 special items... The Wild 50/50 Card and the 50th Anniversary UNO Gold Coin! Whoever plays this card will go head-to-head with your opponent in a good ol' Coin Toss Shootout. Now, to one who plays the Wild 50/50 card, you will get to decide who's going to be "Heads" and who is going to be "Tails". The side of the coin that says "UNO" will represent "Heads", and the side of the coin that has the number "50" on it will represent "Tails". Mari will flip the coin, and it'll land on the mat to see where it lands. Now, whoever LOSES the Coin Toss will have to Draw Four cards from the deck and add them to their hand. And since that this also counts as a Wild Card, the player who played this card will choose the color of their choice before resuming gameplay. And there's one important element that's going to determine the fate of our players... And that's the lucky UNO Wild Jackpot Slot Machine! This machine is a little bit different than normal slot machines, because instead of paying cash and coins, it awards cards and a bunch of surprises! Now in order to spin the slot machine, which Mari will also do, you will need to play one of these two cards... ...and they are the Jackpot Card and the Wild Jackpot Card. A regular Jackpot card may only be played on a matching color or on another Jackpot card. The Wild Jackpot card can be played ON ANY TURN, even if you have another playable card in your hand. There's a possibility that one of these cards may come up first, and should that be the case, than the one who has control of the cards will then get to determine who gets the first customized card from the machine, and if it's a Wild Jackpot card, and the one who has control of the cards will get to determine the color to start play. And speaking for control of the cards, here comes the final Headstart question to determine who gets control. Here are the answers. Russia Canada All of the Above None of the AboveAnd the question is this... Which of the following are the Founding Members of NATO?Shederick: 30 William: 70 Magic #: 87 (Buzz-In!)And William buzzes in! What's your answer?

Canada is correct! Russia Canada All of the Above None of the Above(Audience Applause)In 1949, there were 12 founding members of the Alliance: Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, the United Kingdom and the United States. For getting that last question right William, you'll have an important decision to make, but first, let me explain on what we have inside the Wild Jackpot Slot Machine tonight. Now... On the Wild Jackpot Slot Machine, you'll discover these various possibilities. So... If this pops up, you can choose any player, including yourself to get either a custom card or a custom Wild card. If this pops up, the player on the right gets a card from the machine, and in this case, it's William. If this pops up, the player on the left gets a card from the machine, and in this case, it's Shederick. If this pops up, BOTH players get a card from the machine, starting from the player who played a Jackpot card. Now if this pops up, this could actually help you with your main goal of getting rid of all of your cards. This one will allow to discard UP TO one card of EACH COLOR in your hand to the LAST CARD PLAYED pile. You can play the cards in any order you like. If any of the cards you play are action cards, each one will affect the next player. However, we've added a little more variety into the machine as we've taken a page out of the Nick Arcade handbook. This machine also contains the 4 P's... [POINTS] [PUZZLES] [POP QUIZZES] [PRIZES] ... Points, Puzzles, Pop Quizzes and Prizes. However players, do be careful, because we also have this... I don't have to tell what this one does, right? However, to the ones who have just tuned in, I'll explain. If this one pops up, you'll automatically draw 4 cards from the Draw Pile, and you will LOSE your turn in the process. Now, all questions in this final round are worth 75 points, while puzzles vary from 75 to 225 points. We have lots and lots of cards inside the machine, and I think it's high-time that we need to find out what's inside the machine tonight. I know for sure that we'll always have these cards inside the machine every time we play this final round... * 3 Deflect Cards - Explained Earlier * 3 Pass 1 Card - Give away 1 card to your opponent * 1 Pass 2 Cards - Give away 2 cards to your opponent * 3 Skip Cards - Self-Explanatory * 3 Reverse Cards - Self-Explanatory * 3 Shuffle Cards - The entire Draw Pile will then be shuffled * 3 Bandit Cards - A Bandit will steal cash and/or points from your opponent * 3 Swap Cards - The top card and the bottom card from the Draw Pile will be swapped * 3 Sneak Peek Cards - Only you will get to see the top 3 cards from the Draw Pile * 3 Jammer Cards - The player chooses one of the opponent's cards at random. The opponent's selected card is 'jammed', and cannot be played for that next turn * 2 Black Hole * Cards - All cards in all hands are shuffled into a pile and then dealt to each person with the same number they had before. Now during the commercial break, Shederick has been given an advantage to choose 8 more customizable cards and put them into the machine, and only he knows the details of those cards. The 8 cards he chose are... Disarm all wildcards Discard color Double edge Mystery Box Gravedigger Poison A new start PurityAnd then finally, a producer chosen at random has placed 2 more special cards that both of our players don't know, and they are... Fortune's Gift GambleThe details will be revealed once that player draws that card. So all in all, that's a total of 40 cards that will always be loaded into the Wild Jackpot Slot Machine. Other than that, this is played just like in Classic UNO. Now with all that explained, we go back over to William, who now has a big decision to make. Would you like to go first, or would you like Shederick to go first? Don't answer that question yet, because there's one more thing that I almost forgot to tell you... SCORING:0 = 300 POINTS! 1-6 = 3-18 Points 7 = -77, -177, or -277 Points 8-9 = 24-27 Points Skip = 60 Points Reverse = 60 Points Draw +2 = 60 Points Jackpot = 120 Points Wild / Wild Jackpot / Wild Draw Four / Wild 50/50 = 150 Points Custom Cards / Wild = 75 Points ** Wild Draw Four Out The Gate = -50 Points (EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!) ** High Hand = -20 Points (EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!) Whoever decides to go first should now approach with extreme caution: If a Wild Draw Four card comes out as the first card, not only you'll automatically lose 50 points, but you also must draw 4 cards from the top of the deck immediately! Not to mention that your opponent will get to choose a color to start play and will get to go first. (Audience Oohs)And if that happens, then at the end of the round, whoever has more cards than their opponent will lose 20 points immediately! (Louder Oohs)And sometimes, those 2 events may determine the winner of the entire game, so in this final round, every point (and dollar) counts! So William, I now await your decision.

I know I have 2 cards and that comes with its benefits. But knowing that a Wild Draw 4 could be the 1st card, I’m going to be sensible and pass.

OK, so you have decided to let Shederick go first this time. Very best of luck to the 2 of you, and may the best man win. Here we go as the top card of the deck reveals to be... [WILD JACKPOT]a Wild Jackpot card! Shederick, you'll get to choose the color in just a moment, but first, let's go over to Mari as she spins the UNO Wild Jackpot Slot Machine. Hit it! (Mari pulls the lever; The Wheel spins for 2 seconds)(Stops) OK, so you are going to get one of the custom cards, Shederick. However, you are also going to start us off by choosing any color you like. Choose a color now, Shederick.

Shederick has played a Wild Draw Four card! DRAW PILE: 100
LAST CARD PLAYED: [WILD +4]
SHEDERICK <-----> WILLIAM
998 <-----> 505
$60,799 <-----> $13,350 William, you have a decision to make. You can take the safe route and use that Deflect card to negate the effects of the Wild Draw Four card, or if you want, you can keep that card and just draw 4 cards from the deck and add them to your hand and end your turn, but if you want to go bold, you can challenge Shederick and see if he played that card properly. If you do decide to challenge him, we will show everyone his hand, and if he played it illegally, he'll be the one to draw 4 cards, but if he did play it properly, instead of drawing 4, you'll be drawing 6 cards from the deck. So what are you going to do, William? Use the Deflect card and block the Wild Draw Four effect, keep the Deflect card and just draw 4 cards, or challenge Shederick? (Audience Suggestions)
