[[DARK]] The cards are a little bit different than the normal UNO deck; for instance, there are no 0's in the deck, and the cards on each side are different. So for that, we're going to use the ENTIRE deck! All 112 cards in there, including all 4 WILD cards and all 4 WILD DRAW TWO cards! Yes, I did say WILD DRAW TWO cards, and you'll find out how those work in a moment. And since we're dealing with a brand-new deck, I do want to let you know that another team of lab rats from Tandem Technologies are the ones responsible for shuffling the cards before giving them to one of our producers at random to cut the deck while it's on the Light side, and then another producer picked at random to cut the deck while it's on the Dark side before sealing them and giving them to Mari, who then gave each player 7 cards to make their starting hand during the break. In fact, she, Jovenshire and Lasercorn are going to be the ones to monitor Shederick, William and Matt in this round. Oh, and by the way, since that this round is very important... I'm going to Double the points! (Audience Cheers and Applause)However, in the case that time runs out in this round, the player who has the least amount of cards in their hand will be awarded 250 points, and then we'll do the score adjusting based on the hands that they got, and it's going to based on which side the round ended on, either on the Light side or the Dark side. Now, in order to avoid Elimination, you must be the player with the most amount of points OR be the player with the most amount of money. If you cannot do either one of these two, and you'll be eliminated from the game. Also, it's very important to win this round, because it'll give you a nice advantage in the Final Round. Now let's proceed to the Strategy Headstart part of the round, where there is now more strategy to play with during the Q&A portion. If you answer a question correctly this time, you will then have a decision to make. And now, I think it's high-time that I explain on how UNO Flip works... UNO Flip plays just like UNO, but there are some obvious differences, but the object remains the same, and that is to be the player to get rid of all of your cards first before your opponents do. Now, as I've explained each card has two sides... [LIGHT] <----> [[DARK]] a Light side, indicated by a single bracket, and a Dark side, indicated by a double bracket. Each card is double-sided, as you can see up above. Now, when the round begins, we're going to always start with the Light side, but there's a special card that will Flip over to the Dark side, and I'll explain about that momentarily. The gameplay is just the same as the Classic UNO round, but there are different Action cards to watch out for, so let's take a quick look at them. This is a Draw One card. This plays just like the Draw Two card, but only the next player in line gets to draw one card from the deck and ends his turn right then and there. The Reverse, Skip, and Wild cards are all self-explanatory, but then we have this... The Wild Draw Two card. This acts like the Wild Draw Four card, but the difference is that the next player in line must draw two cards. However, there is a hitch! You may only play this card when you do NOT have another card in your hand that matches the COLOR on the LAST CARD PLAYED pile (but it is acceptable to play this card if you have the matching number of Action Cards). Also, there's a possibility that the next player in line can challenge you if they suspect that a Wild Draw 2 card has been played on them illegally. If that player is challenged, then he must show everyone his hand. If guilty, the challenged player must draw the 2 cards instead of the next player in line. However, if the challenged player is innocent, the one who made the challenge must draw the 2 cards PLUS an additional 2 cards (4 total)! (Audience Oohs)Since we are using the entire deck, we are going to deal with all 8 Skip, Reverse, and Draw One cards, and 4 WILD and 4 WILD DRAW TWO cards. In any event, you now have control of the round, but before you make your decision, I need to let everyone what has happened. Now, we all know that Shederick traded one of his cards for that Wild Draw Four card, and forced William and Matt to each draw 4 cards from the deck, but William managed to storm through the rest as he discarded those 4 cards, which means... CARDS TOTAL:

[GREEN] ...as you know, the colors for the Light side are Red, Yellow, Blue and Green. However, there is one card that lives for its namesake and can really change the game at a moment's notice... ...and that is the Flip card, which replaces all the 0s in this deck. If this card is played, everything flips from the Light Side to the Dark Side. Once the Flip card has been played, that played card will also be flipped over and that will be the Last Card played to start with. Now the Dark Side has these 4 colors... [[TEAL]]

[[ORANGE]]
[[PURPLE]] Teal, Pink, Orange, and Purple. The Dark Side has different Action Cards with much stiffer penalties. For instance... This is a Draw Five card. The unlucky player who's next will get to draw FIVE cards and ends his turn right then and there. This is a Skip All card. Whoever plays this card, all of his opponents will be "skipped", and will get to play again. The Reverse and Wild cards haven't changed and are self-explanatory, and these Wild cards will only with the colors on the Dark side. And then there's this... The Wild Draw Color card. Whoever plays this card will get to choose a color of their choice (Teal, Pink, Orange, or Purple), and the next player in line will have to keep drawing cards out of the deck until the previous player's color is shown. There's one catch: This is similar to the Wild Draw Four card, which means that the next player in line can challenge you if he suspects that the Wild Draw Color card is played illegally, considering the fact that you may only play this card when you do NOT have another card in your hand that matches the COLOR on the LAST CARD PLAYED pile. If the next player in line challenges the player who played the Wild Draw Color card, then that player must show his hand to everyone and to the folks who are watching at home. If the challenged player makes the correct call, then the player who illegally played the Wild Draw Color card must draw the cards until they get the chosen color instead of you. (Audience Oohs)But if you're wrong, and the challenge player did play the card correctly, then YOU must draw the cards until you get the chosen color PLUS an additional 2 cards!
