Marc says 4 Presidents are depicted on Mount Rushmore. Is that right? (ding; audience applause)Indeed. The Presidents -- George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. (rolling sfx)All right, Marc, another straight would get you close to $2500 -- but a Crag would send this match to a third game. (ding) Starting with a 5. (ding)Following with a 1. (ding)Ending with another 5. Well -- dice total 11. Marc, want 11 more points or another roll?

Marc says 6 letters. Are there 6 different letters in the actor's last name? (ding; audience applause)Yes indeedy. Mark Harmon -- H-A-R-M-O-N -- has 6 different letters in his last name and he plays Gibbs on the long-running "NCIS". Marc, a straight, triple or non-Crag 13 would get you real close to the win. A Crag wins the game for you. Let's roll those dice. (rolling sfx)Stop 'em when you're ready. (ding)There's a 2. (ding)There's another 2. (ding)And there's a 4. Well -- just 8 points here. Want the 8 or a reroll?

(buzz buzz)Ooooh -- no decision in time. We'll put 8 points in Marc's coffers. Marc with 79, Jonathan still with 52. Unless Jonathan gets a Crag or Marc gets something better than a straight, this will be our next to last question in Game 2. Round 9 question's about the animal kingdom. Marc bee-lieves it has 5 eyes. Does that result in a bell or another -- buzz? (ding; audience applause)A bee does have 5 eyes. All right, Marc, a straight would put you at the doorstep of victory. Anything better than a straight and you'll surpass the goal of 100 points. Anything less -- and this game goes to a tenth and deciding round. Right now, let's get these dice rolling, please. (rolling sfx)Stop 'em when you're good and ready. (ding)There's a 5. (ding)Stop on a 1. (ding)And stop on a 6. Well, that's a 12-pointer if you stop here. What the dozen or a reroll?

(time passes; Crag dice still rolling)(buzz buzz) (scattered groans) Ohhh -- no stoppage in time from Jonathan. At the risk of sounding like an NFL referee, I must explain what's happening here. According to the rules of Crag: The Numbers Game, in the event a player misses a deadline to stop the Crag dice, the round ends and he or she is awarded 4 points, the minimum value for a right answer. When time ran out on Jonathan, the Crag dice automatically stopped on 1-2-1. So in this tenth and final round of the game, we give Jonathan 4 points. Jonathan finishes with 56 points in this game. Marc, with 95, you're much closer to the 100-point goal in the last round of the game. You've just won this game and another $2500. (ding; audience applause)Jonathan picks up the runner-up money of $500. And that's why we're tied at $3000. One of our players will exceed the goal of $5000 in our mad dash for the cash. That's coming up on Crag: The Numbers Game. (WGYN theme plays; audience applauds)

(Doug in pre-recorded audio as contestant plug cue plays)If you'd like to be a contestant on Crag: The Numbers Game, call our contestant hotline at 1-800-555-CRAG -- or visit TraxProductions.net/crag.(audience applauds) Well, this rematch between Marc and Jonathan is headed the same way the previous match did -- with a third and final game. Marc, Jonathan, I'll give you a brief refresher on how this works. In the third game of a match, we spot each of you 50 points and we play a maximum of five questions. All the other rules apply -- meaning a Crag will automatically win the match. And the Crag bonus payoff is still in play. So the winner of the match could also collect an extra grand. Best of luck to you both and please play carefully -- because one mistake, either with a question or a roll of the dice, could make the difference in who wins and who loses. (ding)And we're starting the deciding game of the match with a single digit question. Hands on the buzzers, please, and away we go. Single digit question: In Major League Baseball, how many umpires are used during a World Series game? 19 marc412 40 jmdarrall 31 randomizer.org(Jonathan buzzes in)Jonathan?

Welcome back to Crag: The Numbers Game -- where we were *this* close to renaming our show simply The Numbers Game -- because we hadn't seen a Crag in days. (scattered laughter from the crowd) But Marc finally put a Crag together, won the match with a Crag -- and now has a chance to win $1,000,000. Candice is back with the Super Crag dice. The dice in the cup may be smaller -- but the stakes are bigger. In fact, let's talk money. Since you won $3000 from the winner's board... (ding)... we seed the pot with a different $3000. Every time you want to play Super Crag, you roll all three dice -- and if it's a safe roll, you'll win more money based on the roll's value in hundreds of dollars. All those 20-point straights are worth $2000 each, the triples $2500 each, 13 in any combination pays $2600 -- *BUT* if that combination of 13 has a pair of a particular number in it, that's a Crag for $5000. (audience cheers) (rolling sfx)Now you want to build up that pot to at least $10,000. Have more than 10 grand in the pot -- and you win tonight's super bonus *of*... (dings; audience cheers)...$49,000. But if you're really lucky and can hit $10,000 right on the nose, you win the mega bonus of $1,000,000. (audience cheers)Now -- every roll does come with a risk -- as Candice will show us. (scattered boos) And there it is -- the gremlin. One number on one cube has been replaced with the gremlin. If he comes up, you lose everything in the Super Crag. So after every safe roll, I'll give you a chance to stop. In fact, I'll let you quit here and take $3000 -- or you may risk it all by rolling the Super Crag dice. (audience shouts suggestions) (Marc, if you wish to risk and roll, please respond with a number from 1-100. You'll see the result of that roll and the next few down the list so long as you have less than $10,000 in the pot, not stop the game and not roll the losing gremlin.)

(scattered cheers) All right. Candice hands you the dice cup. Good luck and give 'em a roll. (Matt shakes up bucket; pours dice down ramp) (more scattered cheers) And a good roll to start. Dice total 11 for $1100. Want to stop and take $4100 or roll again? (audience shouts suggestions)
