Press Your Luck question

I have a question about the current Press Your Luck and with the original and Whammy. In all three versions we know only the player in the lead at the end of the game gets to keep their cash and prizes. In the original PYL and Whammy, runners-up received consolation prizes. However, I’m under the assumption that runners-up in the current version either receive nothing or unmentioned prizes. Is this true?

Nowadays, unfortunately, it is unknown, but I have a feeling that they might walk out of here with some consolation prizes, usually around $1,000.
