This is an idea for a potential new version of the end game of the classic "Joker's Wild" game show.
As before, the goal is to reach $1,000 or more before the Devil turns up.
After every successful spin, the player can quit and take three times the money shown, or gamble.
Getting to $1,000 or more will result in the player winning anywhere from 5 to 20 times the final total.
A natural triple gets a player to $1,000 automatically.
One one of the wheels is a card that says "0 for this spin". If that turns up, the value of the spin will be zip.
I use a stack of 24 playing cards to "simulate" the amounts on the wheels, and break down as follows:
(4) $25 (4) $50 (4) $75 (4) $100 (3) $150 (3) $200 (1) 0 for this spin (1) Devil
To simulate a spin, I will have the player select 3 numbers.
Who would like to try this out?

Thank you sir, please select 3 numbers higher than 0 but lower than 25 for your first spin, and good luck!

First spin gets you... Twenty-Five... One-hundred, and... fifty! (applause) (ding) Bryan, you have $175, and that is yours to keep no matter what happens, however, if you have a fear of pulling the Devil, I'll let you end the game right now and triple your money, give you a guaranteed $525. Do you want to stop or go? If you go, you'd be risking $350.

And if you elect to go again, I'll need 3 more numbers, this time higher than 0 but lower than 22.

Risking $350... And this time we get... (groans in the audience) 0 for this spin... 75 and... OOOOHHHH NO!!!!!!!!!!! That's too bad. So sorry about that. Well Bryan, you have $175 at least. Thank you for playing!

Question: If you are successful, how does the multiplier work?

There would have been 6 envelopes, each one containing a different number from 5 to 10, so if the player ended up with $1,150 and selected the ten, it would have been a bonus win of $11,500. Good question, thank you

And I thought that there was a 20x multiplier as you have said from the top...

I probably did but with so much going on in my life and my head at any given moment, I probably forgot.
