Welcome to the network television premiere of "The New Chain Reaction". This show is based on "The $40,000 Chain Reaction" hosted by Doug Morris, but more of a precursor of the original remake hosted by Blake Emmons and the late Geoff Edwards. However, the setting will be based on the original 1980 program hosted by the late, great Bill Cullen.
So far, I have Patrick Hyunh as our first contestant. All I need now is an opponent and two special guest celebrities since it's a 2-on-2 event.
Please let me know which position and we'll begin the show tomorrow morning at Noon EDT.

OK, OK... before this becomes "The New Monday Afternoon, RAW", let's open up the board. [ OPENING THEME PLAYS ]Let me show what a chain reaction looks like before we start our game. Now, if you all take a look over there, directly ahead of us, you will see our Chain Reaction board. Now, this particular chain which we'll use as an example, begins with the word-- [ DING ]CHARLIE. And a chain reaction is formed all the way down through those six words, and it ends with the word-- [ DING ]OF FORTUNE. It's up to you if you want to give your partner or challenge your opponent with a letter under Charlie or over of Fortune. The object of our game is to figure out the six words in between, that form the chain reaction from "CHARLIE" to "OF FORTUNE" For example-- You decide to give your partner a letter under Charlie... and for your partner, it begins with the letter-- [ DING ]B. And if your partner gets the word right, you'll win the cash amount. And here's the correct word... [ DING ]Charlie BROWN. And now, let's reveal the rest of the words... [ DING ]These are the complete words that create a chain reaction-- Charlie Brown... Brown Betty... famed actress Betty White... white Russian... Russian Roulette... roulette wheel... and of course... America's Game... Wheel of Fortune. The first team who reaches $2,500 or more will be playing the Super Chain for a chance to win up to $25,000! [ CHEERS AND APPLAUSE ]Let's clear the board and begin round 1. In this round, we begin wtih the word-- [ DING ]sleeping. Six words in between... and it ends with the word-- [ DING ]dancing.
