I just downloaded Press Your Luck Expert Edition 4.0 yesterday and every time I play the game it craps out about midway through the game with an error run-time 6 "Overflow". Any one know how to fix the glitch or fix Version 3.3 to have more whammy animations play out versus the same 7 animations?

I have had Version 3.3 which I like but it only plays 6-7 Whammy animations where 4.0 plays nearly all of them but 4.0 crashes midway through the game every time I play it. I was wondering if anyone was savvy enough to tell me how to fix 4.0. I am running on Windows 10 BTW.

I was the one who developed the PYL Expert Edition 4.0, and I must say, it has a lot of issues. It was created using an older version of Visual Basic (6.0, in fact) and any program developed in Visual Basic 6.0 is likely not compatible with Windows 8 or higher. Not to mention the program may not be compatible in Windows 8 or higher.
The good news is, I do have a new version 5.0 in development, and it is going to be an awesome version. It is created using C# code in Visual Studio, and I can assure you it is likely going to be a better version than the flawed 4.0.
When I finish and release the Version 5.0, I recommend throwing in the towel with the 4.0 and just wait for the 5.0 to be released.
The game development will take a bit of time, as I have another project - not game show related - in the works.

Thanks! I actually got rid of 4.0 and went back to 3.3, repetitive Whammy animations and all. Let me know when 5.0 is a go!
