Welcome back to Lucky Numbers. James Greek has won $22,475 in cash and prizes with a chance to win much more at the main event. James, as you know, during the main games, we attached cash awards to most of the lucky numbers. But here in the main event, we attach to all our lucky numbers portions of three different medals -- gold, silver and bronze. Each medal has been split in half -- and each half medal is hiding behind one of those lucky numbers. To collect half a medal, all you have to do is have a roll equal a lucky number. Now, let us show you those half medals. (reveal sfx)There they are. Rolls of 6 and 8 in any combination will give you the bronze medal. Roll a 5 and 9 and you collect the silver medal. And to capture the gold medal, the hardest to collect, you'll need rolls of 4 and 10. Now, let's cover them back up. James, when you put together a particular medal, you may trade that medal in for a prize. (prize music plays)And let's find out about the prizes in today's main event from Bill. Bill: Thanks, Doug. This main event is filled with prizes you need for a surfin' safari. And it all begins with this selection of swimwear.
Put together the bronze medal -- and you'll receive a gift card from Sea Fashions of California. The card's good to purchase swimwear for him and her. Attractive colors, patterns and styles from the golden state. This gift card from Sea Fashions of California is valued at $1500.
Next you're going to need some surfboards. You'll win two surfboards for collecting the silver medal from Liquid Shredder. Surfboards made by and for surfers. They're valued at $1998.
Finally, you're going to need a destination for your surfin' safari. Uncover both halves of the gold medal and you'll go surfing in the latest state to enter the union -- Hawaii! (audience cheers) You and a guest will fly round trip coach to Honolulu for a six-night stay at a luxury hotel -- compliments of Pleasant Hawaiian Holidays. We're including a private two-hour surfing lesson -- and we're also adding $10,000 in cash to spend on souvenirs in the land of aloha -- to make the vacation package's value $21,650.
So far, this bodacious main event is valued at $25,148.Thanks, Bill. James, there's a reason Bill said *so far* the main event is worth 25-thou-plus. Not only could you win all three of those prizes, you could also win our progressive cash jackpot. If you collect all three medals, you'll have all three prizes *plus* that jackpot currently worth... (drum beats; cha-ching) (audience cheers)....$65,000! Some final notes. Each wild roll of 2, 3, 11 or 12 adds $5000 to the pot *and* allows you to take any half medal you haven't claimed -- except for the one remaining half medal. When your down to one lucky number, you'll have as many as five rolls to collect that last half medal on a *natural* roll. So if you can clean house, you'll win no less than $90,148 in cash and merchandise. (audience cheers)Last and certainly least, any roll of 7 is still bad. First roll of 7 in the main event puts you in the danger zone; once there, anything and everything you've earned in this main event is at risk. The next roll of 7 means you win nothing from this bonus round. Think you can win it all, James?

(audience cheers)That's the spirit, James. Think positive. Good luck and go get those medals. (audience cheers as...) (James rolls)Double three -- that gives you the 6... (reveal sfx)...and half of the bronze medal for the swimwear gift card. Roll again, please. (audience cheers as...) (James rolls) (chimes; audience cheers) Hey now, power of positive thinking leads to this wild roll. (drum beats; cha-ching)Pot's up to $70,000 just like that. James, with the wild roll, you may turn this 11 into any lucky number that's still visible -- and snatch its half medal in the process.

Well, if you want to go to Hawaii, you can't claim both halves of the gold medal... ... but you may call this roll of 11 a 4 or a 10. And I just realized there should be half a bronze at the 6 monitor. Could we fix that, please? Thanks. We've got standards and practices watching every move. Gotta keep the gameplay consistent.

Now -- wait a minute! You've got to pick a lucky number, first. Want to pick the 4, 5, 8, 9 or 10? (audience shouts out numbers)

(audience cheers) (reveal sfx)Halfway to the gold medal and Hawaii. Thank goodness we didn't mistakenly reveal half of an aluminum medal. (scattered laughter from crowd) Okay, James, let's get back to business and roll those Mississippi marbles. (audience cheers as...) (James rolls)(more cheers) Square pair leads to the 8 and completion of the bronze medal! (reveal sfx)Swimwear gift card is now yours. Keep on keepin' on, James. (audience cheers as...) (James rolls)It's a 6. You already took the 6 off the board. Anytime that happens... (drum beats; cha-ching)...we add $2500 to the pot. $72,500 and all the prizes could be yours. Let's roll 'em again. (audience cheers as...) (James rolls)Another combination of 8. (drum beats; cha-ching)Gives you a $75,000 jackpot to shoot for. (audience cheers as...) (James rolls)(wild cheers) TEN! Say aloha to the completed gold medal! (reveal sfx)So far, the swimwear gift card for $1500 and now a Hawaiian holiday worth more than $20,000. James, how are you feeling?

(audience cheers) Well, keep rolling and keep feeling good. (audience cheers as...) (James rolls)And you just got the 8... (drum beats; cha-ching)That's another $2500 in the kitty. Roll again, please, James. (audience cheers as...) (James rolls) (audience groans) (danger zone cue; lights briefly flicker in certain parts of studio)Ohhhhh dear. You've done well in fighting the inevitable, James. But now you're in the danger zone. The Hawaii trip and the swimwear gift card are now at risk. So here's the situation. You may stop right now, keep the trip and the gift card *and* also take $1000 cash for each half medal you've collected. With the two complete medals, that's still $4000 you're entitled to if you quit here. (audience shouts suggestions) Remember, if you play on, you basically have to roll until you clean house. The other thing to think about -- folks -- please simmer down for just a moment... (crowd calms down) ...thank you -- because I want to make sure James understands all this. If you play on and roll a 5, 9 or a wild roll, the last remaining lucky number has to be matched naturally. If you don't come up with that winning natural roll after five tries, you'll still keep the prizes but won't clean house and win the jackpot. It's an interesting decision you face if you decide to keep rolling. So -- what do you do -- take cash and merchandise that will total $27,150 and stop -- or risk the prizes to try to win the surfboards and the cash jackpot? (audience shouts suggestions)

While we were in commercial, we played "what if". If James kept rolling in the danger zone... ...his next roll was a 9 -- and from the maximum five rolls that would've followed, nothing but wild and repeat rolls. No combinations of 5 or 7. So, James, all you missed out on was another $1000 from half of the silver medal and -- oh -- about $15,000 more to the jackpot. But let's think about what you've just won -- the swimwear gift card from Sea Fashions of California and that great vacation to Hawaii. That trip is for two. Have you thought about who will join you on that Hawaiian holiday?

Very well. We'll leave it at that. Let's total up your winnings. The trip to Hawaii, the swimwear *plus* $8100 in cash from the match and the main event join your previous winnings to give you a two-match total of $49,625. (audience cheers)You're still the champ, James. That means you'll face off against another player. If you win that match... ...you'll be back here at the main event trying to win three prizes plus that cash jackpot. The surfboards you left behind today may be back tomorrow. The $77,500 jackpot definitely will be back on the next show. James will be here, I'll be here -- and we hope you'll be back here, too. Until James and his next challenger test their luck with the numbers, this is Doug Morris saying -- make it a great day, keep the faith and treasure your loved ones. (closing theme plays; audience applause)Bill: Each of today's participants and a lucky member of the studio audience will receive the Lucky Numbers home game.MOUNT AIRY CASINO AND RESORT
