\ Kevin Kolsen returns with three match wins and $319,640 in cash and merchandise. If he can win this and the next match, he retires undefeated and plays the million dollar version of the main event.

...so with that, here comes the question. The closest to the right answer, high or low and hasn't opposed Kevin in a previous Lucky Numbers episode, gets to be the challenger.


On March 5th, 2013, at 9:30 a.m. Central, we watched a rerun of "Silent Library" on MTV2. Out of a possible $5500, how much money did the team of six players win in this episode? We've got a champ who's been on quite a rampage -- thought I was gonna say another R word, huh? (scattered laughter from crowd) We also have a challenger who wants to get in on the big money and prizes. A warm welcome to Kevin Kolsen and James Greek.

There they are -- the lucky numbers that will be in play for every game in our match -- 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 and 10. Attached to five of those numbers are cash awards. Anytime your dice roll totals one of those lucky numbers, you seize control of that cash award.

However, the remaining number is the luckiest number of all. It's our winning point. And the winning point in the first game we're about to play is...

(drum beats; cha-ching)

...the lowest of them all -- a 4. Roll a 4 in any combination and you'll win the cash you've seized *plus* the money in the pot. At the start of every game, we seed the pot with $1500. It could go up by as much as $500 on a particular roll. More on that later.

Now there's a reason 7 is not among *this* show's lucky numbers. In any game, any roll of 7 means this.

(danger zone cue; lights briefly flicker in certain parts of studio)

That means we enter the danger zone -- and the complexion of the game will change from there. More about that when we cross that bridge -- would that the bridge is not crossed.

Now -- to get control of the dice, you must correctly answer a toss-up question. If you anticipate and you're wrong, the roll automatically goes to your opponent.
