Frankie has school for several more weeks so he likely won't be available

In that case, we'll have him back on the next regular episode. That opens up a new spot.

(pre-opener) ("When You Wish Upon a Star" plays, as we see a montage of the best of the first 74 episodes of $ale, fade to a shot of Greg at host's lectern) Announcer: (VO) Greg Palmer, $ale of the Century is celebrating 75 episodes, and 21st Century Fox has just been bought by Disney. What are you going to do now?Greg: I'm going to Disneyland! FOR FREE! (montage of Greg, Stacey, and the entire $ale gang, as well as many other 20th Century Fox stars, hanging out at Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure, riding all the rides, riding the monorail, enjoying all the great Disney food, etc. etc.) [OPENING THEME] Burton Richardson: (VO) This week, our contestants are competing for a house full of IKEA furniture, a home theater, or a cruise around the world!
And tonight, one of our contestants will win everything, including this custom Mach 1 Mustang......
And as much as two million dollars in cash!
It's the finale of Clearance $ale Week on the 75th episode of.....
(echo) And now, here's the star of the show, GREG PALMER!(wild cheers and applause as the doors open and I run to my lectern, still wearing Mickey Mouse ears)Greg: Thank you, Burton. Welcome, everyone, to the 75th episode of $ale of the Century, and the finale of Clearance $ale Week. By the end of this show, someone is going to win the Lot, I guarantee it. And, if you hadn't guessed by the pre-opener and the Mouse Ears I'm wearing now, 20th Century Fox Television is now owned by Disney. Now, we don't have any time to waste, so let's bring in Stacey Wren! (Stacey walks in wearing a Minnie Mouse outfit, audience cheers, she joins me at the lectern) Hi, Stacey. That Minnie Mouse outfit looks good on you. Stacey: Well, thanks. Now, do we have anything special planned for the 75th episode?Greg: We sure do. A super-sized CashCard, and we're putting a special Money Card up on the board in Round 3. Stacey: That sounds great. Shall I go ahead and introduce the challengers?Greg: Go right ahead. (As Stacey introduces the contestants, models of the opposite gender escort them to their seats)Stacey: OK, then. First, we have a freelance photographer who enjoys traveling to different places, and hanging out with friends and family. From Branson, Missouri, here's J.C. Hines. Next, he's a DJ who also works as a social media manager at a Fox station, not owned by Disney, of course. From Hattiesburg, Mississippi, welcome Doug Morris. And finally, he's an order entry clerk and administrative support team member for a company that sells equipment for fire and rescue companies. He also enjoys a little writing, and U.S. Presidential trivia. From Morrisville, PA, say hello to Bill McDee.(audience cheers) Bill: Doug: J.C.:
Greg: Wonderful to meet all three of you. We'll start with Bill. Hiya, Bill. So, you're into U.S. Presidential trivia. What's the most obscure bit of trivia you can come up with about a U.S. President?

Well while there are several, one that springs readily to mind is our 3rd President Thomas Jefferson would sometimes be wearing his bedroom slippers when greeting visitors who came knocking on the White House door. Far simpler and safer times back in the early 19th century.

Yeah. You're lucky if you're able to get to the White House door nowadays. Makes you wonder how President Trump gets his paper. Anyway, anything else you want to say before I move on?

Well given how he considers that lots of today's news is not entirely truthful..., I'm sure President Trump isn't missing anything by not getting any newspapers...unless he's got a bird cage to line.
I'm very grateful and excited to be here Greg, and I wish the other contestants good luck. May the best man win!

I can definitely agree with you about the news. That's why I don't watch Holt. Good luck to you.
Hiya, Doug. So, you are a social media manager with a Fox station. Of course, we're glad that Disney doesn't own Fox the network, because otherwise, we'd have to disqualify you. Now, you're also a DJ at a classic rock station. Is it all headbanging hard stuff? Do you tend to do this a lot? (I take off my ears and start headbanging, audience laughs)

Ehhh -- not really. I'm really prone to headaches.

I know, all this headbanging is giving me a headache. (I stop banging my head and put my Mouse Ears back on) I may be wearing these for the entire episode.
So, Doug, I know Casey Kasem listened to a lot of talk radio and watched a lot of TV rather than listen to Top 40 all day. What do you listen to, instead of your station?

Hey, Hot AC! I love it, I love it. Oh, just a quick plug, this weekend I'm still hosting Top 30 Countdown. Make sure to listen for it. Good to have you here, and good luck to you in the match.
Next, J.C., a freelance photographer who has done some traveling. Where have you been?

Oh goodness, well I’ve traveled up north to places like Nebraska and Iowa, and I also got to fly out to Colorado. The weather was gorgeous, and the view on top of Pikes Peak was astounding!
I’m planning to travel down to Oklahoma and Texas in the next few weeks.

Oh, so you're planning on going to the Southwest? That's fantastic. Make sure to stop by Braum's when you're in Texas, their burgers and ice cream are the best. Even Ernest P. Worrell recommends them. (some people from Texas cheer)
Have you been anywhere outside of the country?

I have. Last summer I got the opportunity to go down to Mexico to film a project for a nonprofit organization. I experienced a different way of life and learned lots of new things while I was down there.
I really hope I get to go out of the country more in the future. I’m looking at maybe going on a trip to Israel next year.

[INSTANT BARGAIN]Instant Bargain time. Bill and Doug, you're tied at $25, so that means we have a Double $ale. Only one of you can buy this item. When Stacey announces the low $ale of the Century price, be the first to buzz in and this will be yours. ["Deadpool Theme" from Marvel vs. Capcom 3](All of a sudden, Deadpool comes running through the audience, does a flip on stage, and starts an impressive display of swordsmanship. The audience cheers.) Greg: Oh, wait... it's you, isn't it? Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds): Sure is, buddy. Happy 75th episode. You know, those Mouse Ears look really bad on you.Greg: Well, you're going to be wearin' 'em after a while. Now, would you please get off stage, we're trying to do an Instant Bargain. Deadpool: Oh, that's why I'm here. Bill, Doug, one of you could be me with this authentic costume. (he shows off the costume on a mannequin) The high quality, officially licenced costume has more accessories and details than you can shake a stick at, although, why you'd shake a stick at a costume is beyond us. The red jumpsuit does a smashing job of capturing the Merc with a Mouth's deadly style. The included belts, gloves, pads and buckles are an awesome touch, completing the look. The costume fits with a zipper in the back, so you may need to get a friend to help you suit up for some deadly merc action. Plus... (Deadpool takes off his mask to reveal it actually is Ryan Reynolds, audience cheers) I'll even autograph it and a picture of us for you. Furnished by HalloweenCostumes.com and yours truly. With the autographs, this prize is worth....But it's yours on $ale of the Century for only...(audience cheers, as I join Ryan) Greg: Ryan Reynolds. What a surprise to have you here. You know, I think I have something for you. (I walk back to my lectern with a pair of Mouse Ears, and give it to Ryan, audience laughs) Welcome to Disney. (to Bill and Doug) Anyone interested in cosplaying?

What a way to start, though.

I'll say so. And the costume would be signed by Ryan, plus an autographed picture with you. That's quite a deal. I'll start dropping the price to $4. One-dollar lead.
