Higher than the four.........another four (4H; buzzer). Some tough cards today for Andrew and now Sergio has to play off his seven. The good news for you though, Sergio, is that you’re only one card away from taking the round.

Since I'm not allowed to change my card due to an incorrect guess, let's go lower.

If it's lower, you take game one. If not, though, we continue. For the game, lower than a seven....................a two (2S)! And Sergio takes game one! (Game win cue) Very well played there, Sergio. (CS 78 theme) Both players have five hundred bucks in their pockets, but it's Sergio who has the early lead and we'll proceed with our second game after this. (Fade to commercial)

(Back to the studio) All right, we're back with more Card Sharks. Sergio has a one game to none lead at the moment as we start game number two. Sergio, we surveyed 100 eight year olds and we asked them "Do you try to spend as much time as possible with your mother on Mother's Day?". How many of them said yes?

I think it will be 44.

Sergio says 44 of them try to spend as much time as they can with their mom on Mother's Day. (ding) Andrew, is the actual number higher or lower than 44?

I know I did when I did spend Mother's Day with my mom. I have to say higher.

Andrew says it's higher. (ding) The actual number of eight year old who said that they try to spend time with their mother on Mother's Day is......................59 of them. (ding ding ding) Andrew's right, it's higher and he starts off this game with..................a three (3C)!

Keep the card. Let's go higher

Higher than a three..............a seven (7S). Play on or freeze?

Freeze

Post by GameShowNetwork on May 14, 2019 11:09:59 GMT -5
(Freeze bar goes on Andrew's seven) It's worth noting that we haven't seen any prize cards yet today. Maybe that'll change a little later, but for now, the next question goes to Andrew. We surveyed 100 condo building inspectors and asked them "Have you had to replace a circuit breaker in any of the units because it kept tripping?". How many of them said that they've had to replace a faulty circuit breaker.

Hmmm. I think this one is around the middle, maybe on the low end. I'm going to say 23.

Andrew said 23? I think it's a little bit higher.

Andrew says 23. (ding) Sergio says higher. (ding) Actual number of condo building inspectors who said they’ve had to replace a faulty circuit breaker is...........69 of them. (ding ding ding) It was much higher and Sergio gets to start with.............a six (6H). Play it or change it?

Gotta change it.
Post by GameShowNetwork on May 14, 2019 16:48:41 GMT -5
He's changing the six, and it is now.......................a nine (9C). I'm not sure how you feel about this, but you have to play it.

Lower if possible...

Post by GameShowNetwork on May 14, 2019 17:15:42 GMT -5
Lower than the nine.....................it's a trip to the Bahamas. I had mentioned a second ago how no prize cards had popped up yet and sure enough, there's the first one of the day. We'll put a replacement card up there and ask you to call the nine again.

Still lower.

Higher!

Higher than the five...........an eight (eight H). Play on or freeze?

Freeze.
Post by GameShowNetwork on May 15, 2019 8:53:30 GMT -5
He is going to freeze on the eight. (Freeze bar moves onto Sergio's eight) That puts you just two cards away from winning the game as well as the match and the next question is yours, Sergio. We surveyed 100 people and asked them "Have you ever missed an episode of your favourite show because you programmed your recorder incorrectly?". How many of them said yes?
Post by romnserg on May 15, 2019 10:53:01 GMT -5
It did happened at least once to us. But in my case I'm gonna say 50.
Post by GameShowNetwork on May 15, 2019 11:10:03 GMT -5
Sergio goes up the middle and says 50. (ding) Andrew, is the answer higher or lower than 50?

Higher
Post by GameShowNetwork on May 15, 2019 11:24:24 GMT -5
Andrew says higher. (ding) The actual number of people who have missed their favourite show as a result of programming their recorder wrong is..........57 of them. (ding ding ding) It’s just a tad higher and Andrew, you have the ability to change your seven if you want to do that
